I went here yesterday… 4 cars ahead of me. I was in line for 20 mins before I even ordered. I waited 10 minutes before even getting my order. I have been at plenty of Starbucks with way more people and never waited this long. Was not happy at all with service or my drinks.

Nice people but the wait is ridiculous!!! I go there often between 7:30 and 8am during the week. My drive thru wait is at least 20 minutes!

This Starbucks looks so nice. After the recent renovations there is plenty of space and outlets to plug in. Whenever I order via mobile it is always fast. Usually staff is friendly here. Can’t say anything negative. Of course if you are coming at busy hours of the day there will be a line. Don’t be unrealistic. People can only work so fast. Be nice to your baristas, they will remember you. :)

The service this morning was horrible. I will definitely not be coming back I stood around waiting for 25 minutes for my mobile order that I ordered 15 minutes prior to my arrival I had inquired about my drink and the lady that had spoken back to me told me that she’ll get to it when she gets to it

I’d give no stars if I could. I’ve asked the staff at least 6 times in last hour if they can rest the WiFi Internet. 3 other laptop users in here beside me and even tho we are connected to WiFi, no Internet. Lameness. The last time I asked, I was told they asked the manager, that that person has reset it but then was told they have no control over it. Um I have Internet at home, and I’m sure you all do to, so we all know all you have to do is unplug the router and modem for a minute and BAMMM you have Internet after you plug it back in. Lame spot. Crappies Starbucks ever.

You know, for a Starbucks, this place isn’t half bad. They were out of the dark roast. It’s possible that I may have gotten some malware on my laptop from using their wifi. Whatever. I was pleasantly surprised by the butter croissant that I ordered on a whim. It was buttery and flaky, but not overly greasy. Dare I say, one of the best I’ve had in the US? Crazy, I know. Oh yeah, the Pike Place Roast was actually decent, too. I hadn’t had this in a while. If you dislike Starbucks’ overly-roasted flavor, give this a try. Tip: the Malwarebytes app took care of the malware.

I don’t go to Starbucks a lot I got a 50 $ gift card and it has taken me a year to kill it. But it has been a tasty year to say the least. Started with white chocolate mochas in winter then salted caramel mochas and pumpkin spice. I have a turkey pesto panini on occasion(really great) and a chocolate croissant when I deserve it. So they have lots more than coffee and everything is fast and delicious. I should go more but I don’t. Over the past year and a gold status I found my new favorite smoked butterscotch latte! Awesome! I’ve had several different people help me but they had all been awesome and service seems fast, since I’m usually hitting the drive through. For sure recommend Starbucks especially this location although be careful of this complex drivers can be crazy and layout is weird !

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They have items on the menu they no longer have. I ordered a venti iced green tea latte and it came with chucks of macha not mixed. I paid with my phone and the guy had to take my phone back to some other machine to run it. Weird! This is the closes Starbucks to my work and I will not return for any reason!

Worst location I have every been too. They completely ruined my simple drink. I ordered ahead of time using the app and when I got there they didn’t even know what I was talking about. Then they said, did you pay already? Yes! Hello I said I used the app! Are they not trained? Left completely pissed.

This location is very close to my work so I visit here occasionally. The service is almost always exceptional. I have yet to encounter a batista that is not extremely friendly and chipper. My only complaint is that even when the lines are not long, the wait time seems to be a bit too much. Otherwise not a bad store overall. Especially in comparison to some which are down right horrible and completely avoided by myself.

I’m a Starbucks addict & I rarely go to this Starbucks & each time I do, I remember why I don’t. They got my order wrong twice tonight. I ordered a grande hot chocolate no whip add mocha drizzle(simple enough), what did I get? Hot chocolate WITH whip but NO drizzle, gave it back & nicely asked for it to be corrected. Next I got a hot chocolate STILL with whip but this time they added mocha drizzle. I’m guessing that they just took the cup I handed them and added drizzle and stuck the lid back on. We got frustrated and left. I mean, I can see if it was a difficult order like a nonfat sugar free latte with 3 shots of espresso and sugar free vanilla syrup & blah blah blah but c’mon… Hot chocolate? Really? Plus, it tasted like hot milk to top it off.

If I could give less I would. This place ALWAYS gets my order wrong and makes crappy drinks. They literally don’t take the time to make a drink right. Definitely should train the people making the beverages better. Not one of my favorite locations.

Went there yesterday around 8:30 bought two green ice tea lemonade which tasted more like water with ice. Two frappuchinos which were tasteless. Three pastries that were dried and old. What is worst is that I realized it when I got home and was too late to go back or even call corporate which I will do tomorrow. I want my money back! Not fair spend a pretty penny for old food and tasteless drinks. This store put Starbucks in shame. I put one star but reality is ZERO

Who messes up a caramel frapp? It tasted so bland, and had a sorry excuse amount of caramel. Chose this as my cheat treat for the week and it was garbage. The morning crew is amazing. too bad the sunday mid afternoon staff is horrible
