Farmer Boys

This place is horrible! They forgot to give me part of my order, and of course I didn’t notice until I was home. Called to let them know and I asked them to refund the money back into the card that I used for purchase, but they said they couldn’t do that. My only option was to drive back to get my money back!!! Are you kidding me? She couldn’t give me an explanation as to why she couldn’t just put the credit back to my card. Let alone the nonchalant attitude that she gave me. Bad customer service. I will not go back.

I came in at lunch for 2 cobb salads… waited 25 minutes to figure out they forgot about my order. then the manager bags them up and yes. you got it they were wrong. So now we wait longer … hardly an apology or acknowledgment that they messed up. Wont go back I don’t have that much time to waste.

The hype is real. The burger was just ok and the fries were luke warm. On the flip side, the bottled water was cold :)

Come here quite often for Sunday brunch with my family. Employees are always working so hard and doing their best to make sure to please the customers. The Cobb salad is delish!

Love the food:) wonderful zucchini, loved the bfast burrito and tuna melt.

Slow service, Drive through is terrible. We placed an order at the speaker and when we got to the window they didn’t know what we ordered. I only have a 30 min. Lunch. Girl working drive through has an attitude.

This is the place to come for good food. The tuna melt is delicious, and the Farmer’s Cobb salad. It is the best in town! The staff are always courteous, friendly & accommodating.

I have been to this location a couple of times and the food is always great! Delish! This past weekend I went and ordered a bacon/​cheeseburger and oh my gosh! I ate it ina minute! (It was that good). Plus I got onion rings. After I got my order My dad who has been going there for years, told me that you could order half and half. (I didn’t know) Half fries half onion rings. So when We went back to see if I was able to get fries the lady was so kind and friendly and said ofcourse!
So this is why I am also giving 5 stars. Because the customer service We received was more than great! Very friendly. Plus, my toddler accidently dropped and cracked the salsa glass bottle and made a mess:(The ladies were nice and didn’t even make a face when I told them about the mess we had accidently made. They came right over amd cleaned it. Sorry again but thnx for being so nice about the whole situation.

We caught this place on a bad day. Breakfast burrito was bland. Hash browns were under cooked. Burritos were small for the price. Little to no cheese.

Zucchini fries!!! Enough said!
Overall great experience and recommend any burger meal with zucchini instead of potato fries.

Can we go back to the days when this wasn’t some huge sold out chain and it was mad in store with love and care?

I really like this place. It was my first time coming here, and it was a really good experience. I got a free side order for checking in on Unilocal,so yeah, check in on Unilocal so you can get extra food. I will definitely will come back to this place if I have the chance.

They have good food and good service. They have an awesome breakfast burrito. All their food taste fresh and their restaurant is always kept clean.

I went to this location today and I received excellent customer service from Cecilia. She was extremely nice and patient with my indecisiveness while at the drive-​thru. I really appreciate the great customer service I received along with the excellent food quality. It was refreshing to know customers are still valued with this company.

Isaiah is the face of this restaurant. Every time I come here he is working. Every time I eat here, he is smiling. Every farmer boys needs an Isaiah. Great food paired with above excellent customer service = 5stars

I love this farmer boys! Everyone is so nice and friendly. My order has only been wrong once but the way they handled it and took care of me was awesome! I would recommend this location for lunch since they are also so quick! The environment is so inviting and enjoyable. I can go on and on about the staff! Lol

The staff is always friendly and have a great smile on their faces. I love their chili cheese fries, breakfast burrito, AND French toast. A bit pricy but the quality, service, and taste is hard to come by from other restaurants. Idk how the management train their staff but a lot of restaurants including the «high end» can learn a thing or two from Farmer Boys.

One thing better than cheap gas at Arco across the street, is Farmer boys in the morning. What a great breakfast before… starting my busy day! Eggs and bacon and hashbrowns in the morning, it’s just the breakfast of champions!!!

I used to like these places, but lately they seem to have gotten cheap. The service is always great, never had any issues with it, people are nice, friendly and helpful. The problem is the food itself .
The burger buns taste like paper, period. I don’t know if they are trying to save money or what, but they feel like dollar menu quality to me. Also, the food seems rushed, whether it’s busy or I am the only guy in the drive-​through, it’s the same. I was excited today when I did my Unilocal check-​in and got my free zucchini, till I start eating them. They were uncooked, i barely ate one. The burgers are sloppy, meat is okish, fries are bland.
I think I’m done with this place.
