I regularly come to this store on my way to work. The store is usually clean and the employee s are nice. I use the Seven Eleven app do that I can get a free coffee once in a while. Seven Eleven is running a promotion called customer appreciation where you pick a free item under $ 2 when you buy any drink and use the app. This morning the woman that helped me tried her outmost to keep me from claiming the freebie. This even though the promotion is plastered all over the store by their corporate office. She put up so much red tape that I ended up walking out without anything! Dude if you don’t want to five anything free, DONT ADVERTISE it!!! This creates unnecessary bad will with loyal customers and undermined the company’s credibility. I hope 7 Eleven corporate gets a handle of this. Not cool at all!!!

7-​Eleven on Haven and Philadelphia right off the 60 Freeway has Great gas prices for taking credit cards. All the normal 7-​Eleven stuff plus a Subway, Alberto’s, Titan Burger, and a Miguel’s in the same lot.

What can I say about the people that work here? To sum it up in one word, just helpful and friendly. Ok, that was two words. I visit this location on and off whenever I’m in the area; especially when headed to 24 Hour Fitness. Great location right across a few competing convenience stores like Chevron and Mobil.
I recently made a purchase of Marlboro Red 100’s and dumbass me forgot to pick them up because I was distracted by scratching my lotto ticket. Quickly phone the store and the manager answer and helped me with my issue. It took her about 30 minutes to check the camera to confirm my story and viola, it indeed happened. She was very professional in handling this and I was impressed. All I had to do was drive back as soon as I can and pick up the pack of cigarettes. It was just so easy peazy it was taken care of with no hassle.
This 7 – 11 is now part of my regular stops whenever I am in the area. Lots of truckers stop by for snacks and to fill up their trucks. All the associate’s I have encountered were pretty outgoing and busy with their tasks. The person who I talked to on the phone mentioned she was the owner and I applaud her for her honesty.
