I absolutely see why the reviews for this Starbucks location are paltry. Question… what is the use of placing a mobile order if when you get there, a handful of employees are too busy to deliver the order that’s ALREADY made?

Always know our name and order Only issue is temperature and fullness of drink; one always seems to be an issue.

I can’t ever seem to have them get my drink made properly or timely. I have been here a few times with about 6 barista’s working and it still taking 5 min. The drive thru is convenient at times but I too often have to wait for them to correct my drink order.
