Panda Express

The food is terrific when it’s fresh but the service, especially in the drive-​through, is absolutely horrible. I work nearby and have gotten trapped in their drive-​through several times while they take excessive amounts of time to help someone several cars ahead. The drive-​through traps you if someone pulls in behind you and there’s nowhere to escape. Management does not seem to care when it takes 25 minutes to get four cars through the drive-​through. I will not be back to this location.

The young lady working the drive thru was nice enough but when I asked for a water with my meal they have me a cup that wasn’t even 6oz. I offered to pay for a cup if I could get a larger water and they charged me 2.17!!! The main entrée wasn’t bad, orange chicken, but the cream cheese rangoon were ridiculously tiny, about the size of a fortune cookie, and contained near zero cream cheese. 2.17 for a glass of tap water is ridiculous I couldn’t help but laugh and drive off.

We’ve been to a few Panda Express restaurants before and I’ve always left disappointed. That has NOT been the case with this one. The food has always been good and the service friendly.
I’d give them 5 stars except they’ve been out of brown rice the last two times we’ve been there and this time they forgot a chicken egg roll. They said they’d make up for it on our next visit which I’m ok with. I just hate when you get home and you don’t get your entire order.
It used to happen so often at Applebee’s next door that we’d bet on who’s order would be short and laugh when it arrived short a couple items. Funny though… We don’t go there anymore.
