Always super slow and understaffed. They need to get it together there. Drive thru is always at a stand still. Owner/manager needs to staff this location better.

Not the best taco bell in town. The drivethru was a little slow and the staff was not as friendly as one would hope. I will still go since its better than other closer options. The wifi speeds are 1.26Mbps Down and .20Mbps Up using the app on my Android phone. Hope this helps and I wish you a diarrhea free future when trying new restaurants.

Went there tonight for dinner. Drive thru was slow but it was dinner time so oh well. All was fine until about 2 hours later. While watching tv it hit! My stomach was cramping very bad and then to the bathroom I went. I haven’t had food poisoning in several years, but it was bad!!! Never again will I ever visit a Taco Bell aka taco hell

I will never return to this fast food store. Went after work one evening with the whole family(there’s 5 of us). We each ordered about 3 tacos each. Things were going alright until we noticed that the drive through line hadn’t moved and we had been waiting for 10 minutes. So, the lobby isn’t moving, the drive thru line isn’t moving. What is going on? Well, the staff that night was 5 people. I have no idea why 5 people could not make tacos faster than what they were doing. They actually had a woman in the drive thru back up and come into the store, where she complained that she had been in the line for 25 minutes and wanted a refund. They gave her a refund, but also her food. At this point we’d been there 15 minutes. The drive thru line still not moving, no food coming out of the front counter. I really want to know what they’re doing back there. I worked at a Taco Bell when I was in my teens. I did the 3am bar crowd rush that was 10x crazier than this 7pm rush. To sum it up they refunded us and gave us our meal as well – after they messed it up and fixed it(which took another 10 minutes for 3 tacos). The food was wrong and horrible – the Cinnabon bites were burnt. As in there was NO filling burnt. After calling and speaking with the GM we were told our next few family meals were on him as he wanted us to give them another try. So we did. They messed up our food again. The issue this time is the GMWASTHERE when we returned to get it fixed and acted annoyed that we were bringing it to his attention. Showed absolute nonchalance about it. Will NEVER return unless I see an «Under new management» sign.
