And I would have never found that out unless I spent nearly an hour on hold with two different utterly incompetent associates. It’s amazing that a business the size of Lowes has not mastered the fine art of e-commerce by now. Oh wait… just got a call from the Lowes«Customer Care Center.» I should be receiving my refund in 5 – 7 business days! Worst online shopping experience I’ve had in a really long time.
