I called this location multiple times and cannot get through. I tried to get to the operator and the phone disconnects after it gives me the all our associates are busy recording. Tried to go straight to the department. Same thing. How can you run a business like this?

While I haven’t asked anyone here for advice about growing exotic houseplants or tried to belligerently return items past the reasonably generous return window… I’ve never had a problem here. Really, the people here are consistently friendly, helpful and (somewhat shockingly) knowledgeable and experienced.
Also, it might be summer hours or something — but they are actually open until 10 every day but Sunday (8). Which is awesome, since sometimes you really need a new toilet at 9:30 on a Saturday night.

I came in snowy Monday searching for things to make my new place habitable. the nice lady escorted me through the store helping me with things on my list and even off of it as she suggested things I hadn’t thought of at the time. I can’t say how much this welcome to Omaha after moving into it in two days of snow this was but it was. what a wonderful experience to welcome me to Omaha.

No one could tell us how the care for the In Door palm plant nor did they seek additional assistance — they were more concerned about there private conversation– go to Lowes!!!

I know it is an evil big box store but they have great prices on moving and cleaning supplies. I hate having to chase someone down to get a key made. Really? How come you can never find someone when you need them here? Want to mount your tv? Prices can be very competitive. Just make sure everything is in the box first, otherwise you will be making a return trip to exchange the wall mount. Boo.
