We have enjoyed seeing Dr. Brad Stephens and his assistant(Lindsay) since our daughter was a newborn a little over a year ago. We have been able to schedule all of our well-child visits with Dr. Stephens. Most of the time when we’ve gone in due to illness, we have seen another practitioner, but they’ve always gotten us in the same day. All the practitioners we have encountered have been patient and understanding with all of our first-time parent questions and worries. They never made us feel like we were overreacting, instead just gave us the information we needed to make informed decisions. They are also great when we call with questions. Lindsay always calls back promptly, and we have resolved a number of concerns over the phone without having to go in. Lindsay is diligent about updating her voicemail to alert you anytime she and Dr. Stephens are out of the office. I like the waiting room – lots of open space for kids to play, mesmerizing fish tank, and just a few toys including a train table and a hollow«log» tunnel for climbing & crawling. They don’t have separate waiting areas for sick/well kids, so when she was newborn I just sat away from where the other kids were playing – there is plenty of space for that. Now that she’s older, I’m not as worried, and the really sick kids are usually sitting on a caregiver’s lap rather than running around spreading their germs, anyway.

I like this office a lot and it’s the only one I’ve ever taken my child ro. The only negative that I’ve ever seen with it really is that I don’t actually see the primary doctor but one time in a year. That’s not a problem with me at all because they have an extremely competent and kind staff otherwise and I love how they always seem to empathize with the child and parent during times of anxiety to me that’s crucial at a doctors office.
