I love their burgers and pinchos, I just think they’re over priced!

Had my very first Pincho Burger and might I say that it too good. I ordered the Fritanga Burger as a recommendation and I couldn’t of been more excited from all the juicy details! The restaurant in itself was very much just alike the food– all in good fun and creative. The variety they have when you walk in is just a burst of flavor and they perfect spectacle of Miami. They give you the options of your good old regular burger or for those trying to Marian their food intake with a bowl of salad. Also, another great concept was the variety to provide their very own unique beer ale for each burger. That touch of personality for Pincho Burger is quite the contrary and can’t be judged upon. I would 100% recommend anyone to visit and try South Beach Food & Wine Festival Best Burger Bash Winner!

First time here and I will definitely be returning. Everything is made fresh to order, the sauces are bomb, and the service is some of the best I’ve ever had.

Loved this place. We had a Latin chicken rice bowl, fritanga dog, sweet potato tots with apple butter and bacon cheddar ranch fries. The food was fresh and flavorful. The service was swift and friendly. At least five separate employees asked us about our meal. The restaurant was clean. With two soft drinks the bill was $ 32 plus a $ 6 tip. We brought almost all the fries home – we ordered too much food. We’ll be back. We saw other customers enjoying the high-stacked unusual burgers which we’ll try next time.

If you’re starving don’t come here because the food LITERALLY takes 1 – 2 hours and I’m not even exaggerating. If you don’t mind waiting the food is pretty good but nothing out of this world.

Food — 4 Service — 4 Value — 4 I decided to give the tostone burger a try and it wasn’t something that I really enjoyed, but I still give the food a 4 rating because it’s more of a personal preference on taste rather than that it wasn’t good or anything like that. This was the 2nd time on my trip that I went to a burger place with the intent to order standard burger and then thought I’d try something different because«I can get a regular burger anywhere». I guess I should just stick with a regular burger next time.

Oh my! we love this place! so my friend who’s a foodie like me tells me about this place, he’s raving about the food, the dishes, the portions, and he tells me he went for lunch, and he liked it so much he went back for dinner. Needless to say I was excited to try it. First glance, it’s in a stripmall, a little hole in the wall. ish, not fancy, more fast food… ish, but very clean, kind of an industrial vibe to the décor,(jeans, shorts, casual) very nice. The staff was super nice, and helpful. You order at the cash register, and they bring it to the table. They have bowls, that you can mix and match with different protein cooked kabob style(pincho)(chicken, meat, eggs, shrimps) and add rice, beans, or an entre salads. We had the mediteranian salad, added steak, and chicken, and a side of tostones(fried plantain) While we were ordering we got to see other dishes being cooked. They had a Tostón(fried plantain) burger, the Hawaiian tostones as bread, burger in the middle no joke!, and other interesting dishes. Our salad was big, fresh, the croutons delicious. The meat, and chicken were tender, juicy, very flavourful, not spicy. Loved it! Parking a little tricky, I heard it gets busy at lunch, and dinner.

I cannot express how much I love this place. Every time I go it’s a different culinary experience and I’m not sure why I haven’t reviewed it before now. In the past I’ve had the tostone burger and yes it’s as amazing as it sounds. A delicious, juicy and well seasoned burger topped with cheese and sandwiched between two freshly fried tostones. I always get the sweet potato tots with apple butter because well it’s my favorite item on the menu. The Cajun fries follow closely behind. Today I wasn’t feeling a burger so I opted for a salad and it may have been my best idea yet. I ordered the Tropical Salad with steak and decided to add a fried egg on top for only $ 1 extra. This salad comes with lettuce, tomato, onions, Parmesan cheese & pitons(little pieces of pita chips) and dressed with guava dressing. Yes, you read that correctly… GUAVA dressing: heart eyes:. Hands down best salad I have ever had! The service is always great. From the cashier who takes your order to the bus boys who pick up after you, everyone is friendly and pleasant. I have never come here for a meal and been disappointed. In fact, it’s almost as if every time I come I fall in love a little more. If you haven’t stopped by, I highly recommend you do.

My favorite go to burger joint. I’v never had a better burger anywhere else. I usually order the egg in burger but tonight I tried the tostone burger which is just as amazing. Big thank you to Noël tonight & the manager on shift. Very sweet & also gave my boy friend & I free bacon cheese fries while waiting! Everyone is always nice & welcoming. Love this place, & thank you for always supporting your local LEOs(;

I have heard a lot about the pincho factory, it has a really interesting variety of burgers. I had heard they even do tostone burgers, so when I went that was what I had to have. My girlfriend had the fritanga burger. Man, it was mighty good. Little over priced, but since it’s such a unique offering it was well worth the price. It’s not a place I would visit regularly, but I am certain the craving will strike again soon!

Great food and stellar service make Pincho Factory a favorite in my book. It’s a small place so it does tend to get crowded at peak times but it is always worth the wait. You order at the counter and they give you a number to place at your table so that your food can be brought to you when ready. I have been there a few times and have left happy after each visit. I have gotten mostly burgers but recently tried the steak pita wrap with chipotle flavor and it quickly climbed to the top of my favorites list. My friend ordered the steak rice bowl and she loved it. Despite not having a traditional restaurant setting, employees are friendly and extremely attentive, removing dishes when finished and offering to refill drinks if they run low. I highly recommend a visit to Pincho Factory. You will not be disappointed.

Despite completely forgetting to put my friend’s entrée order in, I am giving this place four stars.(**To the owners: Let’s be honest. Your concept of everything comes out as it comes out, doesn’t work when you have two people eating. It especially doesn’t work when the server forgot to put in the order, for my friend’s steak(she admitted it to me last night). And thankfully he likes it medium. He would have had to wait that much longer had I not called the server over. The waiter who actually forgot didn’t apologize, the lady did. So guys I understand this stuff happens. I was a server. But the guy(the actual person who erred) should have at least apologized. We were not offered a dessert, a coffee, or anything despite my friend hungrily sitting there for 20 minutes watching me eat. Also, I suggest you offer more shareable starters.**) Anyhoo, I like the charming atmosphere of this establishment. The menu is small as is the wine list(albeit respectable). So I would look on line if you are finicky to make sure you like what they are serving. The mussels were huge, fresh, and delicious. The Brussel sprouts were tasty. Once his steak finally arrived my friend said it was good. Setting aside the fact that our server forgot to put in the order for the steak, the servers generally speaking were warm and knowledgeable. They have a kick-ass beer list especially if you like strong(hiccup) Belgium Ales(as I do). I recommend this place. I will try and return one day for brunch. They also have a happy hour from 4−7pm with bar bites and drink specials which seems interesting. Remember beer and wine only. Check it out if in the UES area. Enjoy!

Amazingly good food and unbelievably fabulous service! Noël was a wonderful server. We went with a party of 15 and the staff were beyond cool and accomodating. The food was delicious! We had toston burgers, Fritanga burgers, pinchos and the black and bleu burgers. Everything was just perfect. I can’t wait to go back. I just had to ask the name of the manager to send him. A huge thank you, Jesus!

Love this place! This was the second time I ate here, and I got the Toston Burger with Cajun Fries. It was so good, but a little messy to eat. Definitely worth it and I would so get it again. At first I wasn’t sure about having tostones for the buns of a burger, but I don’t have any regrets!(No ragrets, not even a single letter). The actual place, however, is pretty small, and when I went on a Saturday afternoon it was getting packed. We got our food to go but found a table for two and by the time our food was ready they just severed it to us there instead of to go. So I wouldn’t say this is a place for big groups, at least not on the weekends. But people eat pretty quick and go, it’s not the kinda place you’d stay at after your meal to hang out. So eat here and get the Toston Burger!

First off, I was thoroughly satisfied and it met my expectations. Although it was not out of this world. Customer service was great. The food came out fast. The cashier was extremely helpful for us first timers. However, the presentation was a little messy and it appeared a little smaller than advertised. Nonetheless, would most definitely recommend this place! Can’t wait for the pines location to open !

Pincho factory is the ! I come here every once and a while so i don’t play it out. Their Toston Burger is my favorite that thing was made with love lol =). Their Chicken Pincho is pretty good as well, I like it more than there steak one. Place is not to big so if you hit it up on a busy day your most likely taking it to go. Hopefully they will expand soon enough.

The food is worthy of 4 – 5 stars but the service is so slow that I can only give this shop a 3 star rating. Good choice for lunch, equal healthy and light options and heavier dishes… theres something for pretty much everyone, and a much better option than the normal chain lunch food places

OMGeeeeee! So how about I was so excited to try this place out I checked in and guess what!!! when they brought that toston burger out I devoured it and forgot that a camera phone excited ! When we got to the place Sunday night 6ish this place was packed! The customers did not stop coming in. They do have limited seating so we had to wait a few min to sit down. While we were sitting down waiting for our food the customers again coming in! You can tell it’s a very popular place. We did wait awhile for our food we had ordered three toston burgers three fries and a hotdog! And let me tell you it’s worth the wait! The Cajun fries were delicious and the burger well what can I say! Simply amazing fulfilling satisfaction ! I can’t wait to go back and try the fritanga burger! I wish I had a bigger appetite to try everything on their menu! I think the only downfall here was the sitting and that the place was particularly small for the amount of customers they were getting! All the employees were amazing! They really knew what customer service is! Checked on our table welcomed us in and they all had smiles from ear to ear! You can tell they love working for the man behind the madness!

Oh Pincho I had been wanting to try your food for so long but life got in the way and then I got a veggie BF. You have no idea how excited I was when I read your post that not only did you have a veggie burger but that if you brought in a can of veggies you got a free one! There was no excuses to be had and off we went. I ordered the tostone veggie burger which I had been wanting to try for quite some time and my BF ordered the egg veggie burger. We got a side of sweet tots and the Cajun fries. The food arrived at our table and I dove right on in. The sweet tots were crunchy on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside… It comes with apple butter on the side which is really good but when you combine it with the tots its more like a dessert. The combination of the grilled onions, Cajun spices and the pink sauce on the thin fries was very tasty. The veggie patty is a bean patty and the flavors of it on it’s own is very good. Not bland at all. The only issue we had with the patty is that when you took a bite it was soft and would end up coming out the back end of the tostone or the bun. The egg on the egg veggie burger looked undercooked but it reality it was cooked to perfection. The yolk was not too hard and not too runny. Looking forward to coming back and trying a burger with a beef patty!

Stopped in here one afternoon for lunch after a friend suggested it. We also saw it on Burgerbeast’s Instagram, and decided it was a sign to make the trip down Bird Rd. I can’t for the life of me remember the name of the burger that we ordered. However, it was delicious! It had grilled onions, and was a pretty standard burger, nothing too fancy. The bun was great, and the meat was cooked perfectly. I made the mistake of ordering a rice bowl at a place known for its burgers. The rice was hard, as if it was left out in the air for too long. The black beans tasted like they had been soaked in water for 9 years, and then canned for 15 more. This is Miami, people! You should have a chef that can make white rice and black beans in his sleep! They mistakenly brought me a steak kabob at first, and it took me about 10 minutes to realize that they weren’t bringing me my rice bowl separately. The kabob alone was fantastic. They pair it with a white sauce that’s to die for. The steak quality is fantastic as well! I honestly wish I had ordered the kabob instead of the rice bowl. They stock Pepsi products instead of Coke(boo!) and I seem to recall that they don’t even have root beer in their soda assortment!(They lose major points in my book for this!) Regardless of my bad rice bowl, we’ll definitely be back to try the rest of their burgers!

It’s a 3.5 really! :) I had heard SO much about this place and was finally able to make it. The hostess recommended the Toston Burger with a queso frita(did I say that right?) — It was very good but I was a little disappointed because I was waiting to be blown away and I wasn’t. I’m hoping my next visit will do it for me. My husband had the Perfecto burger with a fried egg and loved it. Guess I’ll try that next time. Had the Cajun fries but I wasn’t a huge fan of their pink sauce. The service was very friendly and the place is small but cozy. Hoping to come with some friends next time — thanks Pincho Factory

Pincho Factory is one of my favorite spots on 40th street. Their warm welcome, and their amazingly fresh food all make the experience satisfying and wanting for me to come back over and over again. The reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is maybe because of price. I will admit, the place is a little expensive for what you get. The flavor though, in my opinion, will make you forget about the cost. The place is also a little tight too, and can cause lines to reach out towards the entrance on a busy night. Also, the floor heading out towards the bathroom hallway is always really slippery, so be careful! Apart from these minor annoyances(Nothing is perfect anyway, right?), Pincho Factory gives you a unique experience like no other. Personal favorites of mine are the Pincho Burger(gonna figure out that special pink sauce real soon!), the Toston Burger(famously unique), their Custom order system of Wraps/Sandwiches/Salads/Kebabs, and the Sweet Potato Tots.(Be warned, the Tots are extremely hot and will burn you if you decide to bite into it without thinking twice.) I’m excited for the opening of their new location on US-1 and I shall be eating there too! Props to the Pincho!

DOGET: croquetesa burger if you can find it ;) I love this place for a quick bite. Whenever my friends visit me in Miami, this is one of the first places I think of to take them. I love their tostones burger, their Cajun fries, their s’mores pie, their croquetesa, which was their September special. I recommend ALL of them! So good! If you’re on a diet, consider this your cheat meal — it will be well worth it.

First time here and very good, I can say that for being a burger joint it was great and the menu selections were for sure different from the usual. First off, tostone burger? Yes please! A juicy burger with a garlic aioli and lettuce and tomato with two crispy tostones around it were very good and so different. I also am a huge fan of the case with sodas from Mexican Pepsi to out of state blends like Virgil’s. On the menu today they offered a pastelito burger which was odd but interesting, while I’d never try it seems like it would be good. As for the beer selection they have craft and regular brews, and they currently have a Wynwood brew made here locally didn’t try it either but I’m gonna assume it’s good. A small place, so if it’s full you’ll have to wait but it’s worth the wait. Food takes a bit of time since everything is fresh to order but it’s still very very good. So if you’re in the area for sure check it out, because the food is good and pricing isn’t too bad either. So check it out, it’s different but oh so tasty. If we had one in Broward or Palm Beach I’d for sure be there!
