Wendy’s

This Wendy’s is great, close by, opens early and always friendly. I recommend the baked potato with sour cream and butter and the spicy chicken sandwich! I have never waited more than 5 minutes.

This place stinks ! I feel the location is that has kept them open so long. Waited 15 minutes in front of the drive through speaker.
All they kept saying is wait one moment «
After three cars drove off and honked so did I. Not the first time I encounter an issue at this location

I love Wendy’s and this location my hurts and what’s the answer to your problem Wendy’s because they serve Bacon and Cheese Baked Potatoes with Sour Cream and butter your a lifesaver for headaches

Today I grabbed a strawberry fields salad. Apparently they were to lazy to chop up the bacon in the salad today. I do have to say this is 2 out of 3 times that something has been off. Last week a piece of plastic was in the salad from where they opened the salad bag. Maybe my last visit to this particular store. I assume its because im in kendall.

This location is very close to my house but I will now, after at least 20 attempts, never return! First of all, the place smells funny. Not very appetizing so I always do the drive thru. Employees here act like they are doing you a favor, they are just plain rude! Don’t be offended when I order in English if your menu is in English, oh and one more blaring fact, this is the USA. Just crazy!!! They don’t know their own food. I had to tell them how the sandwich was made and that the grilled chicken takes honey mustard not mayo. They proceed by replacing the sandwich with one covered in 2 gallons of honey mustard. Real bad attitude! Gave the sandwich back again for the 2^nd time and the manager said nothing. Horrible service. Follows me to the Peking lot after 10 minutes to them offer me a new, 3^rd sandwich! By this time I was grossed out and told her to stick it where the sun don’t shine!!! I did that in part in Spanish! Avoid this dump! Dave Thomas would be ashamed!!!

I try to eat healthy — if I know I’m going to be on the road all day — I will pack myself a peanut butter, banana and honey sandwich — but so many days i just rush out of the house and have my select few fast food joints that I can go to for a ‘healthy option’. Wendy’s is one of them. I always order a grilled chix go-​wrap. it’s a small piece (3−4oz) of chix with shredded cheese and lettuce with a dijionaisse type sauce in a flour tortilla. Now I grab and go and eat in my car — while doing a whole bunch of other stuff that would make my insurance agent crap his pants. I’d never been to this particular Wendy’s. But I was pissed to find out that they had given me the Crispy — FRIED — wrap instead of the grilled. I ate it anyways b/​c I was hungry — but seriously — Not fair. Not happy. If I wasn’t pressed for time I would have gone back. But I just figured I’d write them a bad review instead. Hmmmpphhh!!!
