McDonald’s

I’ll start by saying that the general manager George Dreth and the store manager (a Hispanic male) are the rudest most incompetent people I have ever come across, I understand this is a fast food place but when two managers flat out lie to you and say they don’t accept coupons given by the McDonalds app when it shows on the app that they’re a participating store, not only do they don’t even try to apologize they just accuse you of being wrong and lie for no reason, I have contacted corporate and they even confirm that the store participates, whoever the owner is of this store if you read this great job in hiring this two specimens they have zero idea what is costumer service, mind you these are the same people that want to get paid $ 15 an hour yet they can’t figure out how a coupon works, yet the old lady working the drive thru at the McDonald’s on sunset and 97 figured it out in 10 seconds. I don’t even want free stuff from this store just a nice apology from these two specimens you hired. Rant/

Drive thru is really quick! Employees are friendly. My order is always right.
I haven’t been inside much but when I have, it’s been pretty clean. It has two stories and I actually really like eating upstairs.
That’s as good as it gets for a McDonald’s! I’d say it’s the best one that I’ve been to in Miami. They’re doing something right here.

Some of the employees are not polite and don’t do their job efficiently. They are pretty fast

I really like this McDonald’s location at 9341 SW 56 St it’s two stories and the staff is friendly and breakfast chicken biscuits are delicious

Closest Mcd’s to my house, Got love them. Drive-​thru is quick if not get off it possibly can be quicker .
What you order is what you get.

This is a convenient place to eat albeit not the healthiest option. I come here once in a while. There is usually no wait and service is relatively fast. The only time it’s busy is usually during rush hours, but even then the employees get the lines moving pretty fast.

They always get your order right on the first try. Fries are fresh. Drive thru is quick. What else is there?
