Must say I was very dissatisfied with this establishment. We went in with the travel coupon app and first asked if they had 2 doubles available? They said they had several rooms available so when I presented the coupon(in which is walk in only) she said except for those rooms? She then said she would work a deal because she needed to book some rooms. So we got 2 double suites for 75.00 each, the coupon was 65.00 each so thought not bad. She said the rooms were regularly 95.00 a night. The rooms weren’t to bad, except for ours had a missing strip of carpet that still had the carpet nails facing up, and yes right in the middle of the walk way, hurt like hell to step in it. The grout in the shower had mildew growing on it in several places. No excuse for that because a simple spray of bleach cures that. As for the breakfast, very simple continental breakfast, all starch and sugar, not one fruit item and we had to ask for napkins and spoons because the lady working behind the desk was not keeping up with the lobby. Do not believe we will be staying there again.

Nice hotel stay. A little bit far off the highway, but well worth it if you’re looking for a comfortable room at a low price. The room was brightly painted and cheery. No odors, no bugs. We’ve been spoiled by tempurpedic, so the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it also wasn’t terrible. I would stay here again.

A damn near perfect stay! This little place is tucked in a corner just outside of Memphis, which made me feel a lot safer than being in the city for the night. The building is either new or newly renovated with pristine carpet and tile. Rooms have the standard card locks with bolt and slide, which I love. Honestly I only have two nitpick complains. The a/c is by very efficient. I ended up with an icy corner of the room, and still hot everywhere else. It eventually evened out, but it was not ideal. The other issue is their breakfast. It’s basically all bread products. No fruit, and no hot items like eggs or meats. If all you need is oatmeal or a waffle and oj you’ll be fine. All in all, for the ridiculously low price of my suite, this inn is a gem!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting his family in Olive Branch. This hotel was very reasonably priced at about $ 60 per night, but the low price did not make up for the lack of service and state of the hotel rooms. Pros: — It was cheap and in a central location in Olive Branch. — They offered breakfast with several options. — There was a kitchen in our room. — Free WiFi — Large TV with lots of channels Cons: — It was stated that the hotel was all non-smoking, but our room wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was clear that this used to be a smoking room, but to get rid of the smell walls need to be re-painted, and carpets & upholstery need to be cleaned, none of this was done. — Towels were stained and ragged. — The bathroom door didn’t close all of the way, or lock — The bed was sunken in, in the middle. Made for some achy backs. — The housekeepr walked into my room without knocking, just unlocked the door and walked right in. Fortunately I had clothes on. — We asked for extra towels and were given the run-around. The woman at the the front desk couldn’t be bothered, and made my husband go hunt down the maid in the hallway to get extra towels. If you don’t mind the smell of cigarette smoke then this place might not be so bad, as for me, I will just spend the extra $ 20 per night and stay in the Hampton Inn next time.

I wasn’t expecting much when I stopped at the Magnolia Inn, but my room was very nicely furnished and very clean with very fast wifi. Also it had a big screen tv, which was extremely surprising but great for watching college basketball. Overall, I was more than happy with my stay here and would definitely stay again.
