Holiday Inn Express & Suites Olive Branch

This is a great place for an overnight stay. The hotel staff was very helpful getting us checked in and the room was a joy to stay in. Breakfast in the morning was probably one of the better breakfasts we’ve had in a while. Well worth the stay.

Angela (Angelica?) was delightful, kind, and very accomodating. Housekeeping forget to clean my room one night (4 night stay, total), but the next day did a stellar job. The third day my tub still had hair, the sheets were not changed (I know because there were still some stains — yep, I am a slob and ate in bed).
The breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. The older black haired gal that was replenishing and such was very pleasant and nice.
Very quiet.
Loved the free, dependable WI-​FI.
For a tiny MON town, I would certainly stay again if I went back to Olive Branch.

Friendly staff. Easily accessible location. Stayed in the large presidential suite and it was divided into two rooms with a nice kitchenette. The two rooms proved perfect for separating our two kids and getting them bedded down for the night.

We enjoyed our stay at this HI express. The room was very clean and very updated and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We did not have any problems with the wifi or tv.
We would definitely stay here again!

I visit my grandparents here in Olive Branch and sometimes I need to stay in a hotel if their house is full with relatives in town. I typically think highly of this chain and is why I was willing to pay $ 100 per night in BFE for a hotel room but please heed this review and don’t make my mistake.
When I arrived at 11pmCST after a 6 hour drive there were three employees at the front desk and nobody in sight. They made me stand at in front of them waiting for 12 minutes (no joke, counted the minutes) while they discussed some BS about someone’s room location and stared at the computer. They have a sign at the elevator that says no more than one person and two bags can right at a time and they’re sorry; glad my $ 100 per night is going to good use. The thing that set me over the top is the wifi. I know that sounds dumb, but all of us in 2013 know it isn’t. I arrived Fri night and since I left work early to come to this waste of space town from Atlanta I needed to finish some work. Unfortunately, the wifi is so weak and unbearably slow that 90% of the time I’m not even able to pull up simple web pages without an error message. Let alone access company applications. I dismissed this and spent time with my family on Sat only to return Sat night to encounter the same problem, only more severe. I can access nothing and after an aggravating back and forth with both my iPad and my work laptop I am now accessing the internet via cell service only to write this review. I called the front desk to inquire as to what is going on with the wifi in my $ 100 per night hotel room in Olive Branch, MS and the front desk person said it’s because they have internet through «Dish» and it doesn’t always work because of weather (No joke, completely clear skies and there was a high of 87 °F today). This place is a complete joke and honestly if the rate of the room was more reasonable considering it’s completely insignificant location and utter lack of amenities I wouldn’t be complaining. However, I can get a spectacular room in many major cities throughout the US for a comparable rate and the room and amenities aren’t even worth comparing to this dump that couldn’t care less about the patrons who pay for them to stay open. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON! I’ll see you next time at the Hampton Inn.

Nice hotel… beautiful and ultra modern rooms. Very clean and friendly staff. Plus you can’t beat the price!

You know you’re not getting fancy with a Holiday Inn Express, but we found this hotel to be clean, well apportioned, and comfortable. The service was very friendly and efficient. For an inexpensive hotel, I was very happy and would stay again.
