I would recommend laser hair removal to anyone who is even thinking about it. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. All of the staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. They make you feel so comfortable, even when coming in for something as embarrassing as facial hair removal. And the process works great! I cannot recommend Ideal Image and laser hair removal enough. It has seriously changed my life.

If I could rate this company a 0, I would. This was the worst experience ever and I am definitely paying for it. The people in this office are very nice but unfortunately are tied to the «corporate rules» of doing business. They talk you in to these packages that are WAY overpriced for the service you receive. I paid over $ 4,000 dollars (still paying on it) for practically zero results. I have dark hairs still growing (visibly) on my face. I complained and complained, received «3 free», however, once those were completed and my face still had very visible hair growth, they wanted absolutely nothing to do with me. Offered to give me 6 free treatments of underarm laser treatments but wouldn’t help me complete my current problem. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! This has truly been one of the worst experiences of my life. Not only financially but physically and emotionally. I am still paying for this service that has been deemed «complete» yet, there is extremely visible hair growth on my face. It’s sad, embarrassing and very upsetting that I trusted a company to help me with a problem I had. I do not recommend this company. Go to a doctor or trained physician in this area. I was duped and I am embarrassed.

I decided to get laser hair removal for my soon-​to-​be wife for a christmas present. She wants it more than anything. Ideal Image would not give me prices over the phone, saying that a consultation was necessary, so we set up an appointment the day after christmas. Jayme Preston talked with my girlfriend in private, I should’ve went in with her, life lesson learned right there. This was a typical, high-​pressure sales pitch that my better half went through for 40 minutes, and here I come in to a situation that was destined for unpleasantries. She quoted us OUTRAGEOUS prices… chin-​$ 1,099, bikini-​$ 2,694, $ 947-​upper lip, legs (lower) not upper-​$ 3,892 and it goes on. They were so «generous» with their package deal of everything done for $ 10,275, and that is WITH a 50−70% discount HA!!! Wow better hop on that one. We’ll stay away from this money sinkhole of a place, far away. I recommend doing plenty of research on laser hair removal. There are plenty of different types of machines out there for different purposes. We’re going with either Signature Skin Care or Rejuvena. Their prices are fair and I received them over the phone.

I love being hair free! I have tried every method of hair removal with no lasting results until I started laser hair removal. It’s the best investment ever! My legs are smoother than if I shaved! It’s a wonderful feeling! My technician & the staff are top notch-​which just adds to the whole experience!

So… You want to get rid of some unwanted hair eh?
Here are some things you should know:
A. I’m not normally a wussy but it’s painful. I’m not going to lie. I’d rather get another tattoo then sit through the uncomfortable zaps. If they turn up the juice (i.e. use a higher power level) it hurts more. You were warned!
B. Quite pricy. If you’re on a budget, you can probably find a Groupon/​Living social deal and get similar service. I chose Ideal Image because laser hair removal is all that they do.
C. Your initial consultation can be arranged on a weekend day, but good luck getting a follow up appointment over the weekend! Most of my treatment appointments have to be done during the week.
D. Do not be late. You’ll screw up their schedule.
E. Stay out of the sun. They will tell you this time and time again. In the words of Nike, Just do it!
F. You will most likely have a different technician at every visit.

Can I give them more than five stars? I probably should have taken some before pictures, because nobody believes that I looked like I could have been related to Big Foot. Anywho, I have been going to Ideal Image for a while (I would drive to Tulsa because they are so good at what they do-​both facilities in Oklahoma are fantastic). So, if you’re not sure what it would take to help you with your hairy woes, set up an appointment, and they will give you a personal consultation. If you get more than one area lasered, you can generally work a discount. My longest appointment was for my legs, which would take about 45 minutes, but that’s a lot of area to cover. Smaller areas are much quicker. You know you want to, so go check them out. I HEART IDEAL IMAGE.
