This is for the pharmacy. I love the store itself but the pharmacy pretty much sucks. They claim l couldn’t use a manufacturer coupon because of my insurance and tried to charge me almost $ 200.00 for some skin cream. When l was just there at the pharmacy two months ago and used a manufacturer coupon with no problems. I told them to cancel the rx and they don’t listen. They didn’t cancel it which made it difficult for me to purchase it somewhere else. I took it to another pharmacy and was able to use the coupon which bought my rx down to $ 25.00. Big difference right? I won’t be filling anymore of my prescriptions here.

Shorted me on pills, tried to double dip on my insurance, then I had to come in and wait on line for 10 minutes to get waited on. Now I’ve been trying to get them to give me the rest of my prescription for another 10 minutes. I thought I found a decent store, guess I was wrong. Avoid.

This review is specifically for the Pharmacy As a new pharmacy customer, I feel that I should address an ongoing problem that I have experienced with Walgreens, specifically the Walgreens located in Odenton MD. So far, I have visited this pharmacy about 4 – 5 times since I have switched medical and prescription insurance, and in each visit I have experienced a major issue with the prescription itself or time management on behalf of the Pharmacy. My very first visit was probably my worst. Not only did they mess up my prescription and gave me the wrong medication, but I had to wait an additional 30 minutes on top of the 20 minutes I had already spent waiting for them to fill my prescription. The next time I went in, I had the same problem, where there was no one in line and yet it took them an extremely long amount of time to fill the prescription, at least 20 – 30 minutes after they told me it would be a 10 – 15 minute wait.(The medication I use is a pre-packaged pack of pills. How hard is it to pull it off of the shelf, slap a label on it, and have it ready?) The third time, I called ahead in the hopes of giving the pharmacy fair warning of when I would be in to pick up my prescription. When the time came for me to pick it up at the store, they hadn’t even started to fill it yet, and AGAIN I was waiting about 20 – 25 minutes with no one else in line. This final time, I called ahead by about 5 – 6 hours and received a phone call from an automated voice telling me my prescription would be delayed. No reason or expected ready time was given, so I decided to stop by the pharmacy to see what was wrong. They told me they were out of my medication until the following Monday. After calling around, all other Walgreens seemed to be out of the same medication as well, and the only one that had it in stock was in a location in Edgewater MD. My medication is a consistent one, so I intend to take it on time every day so as not to experience negative symptoms, and it is extremely inconvenient and unsettling that so many of your Pharmacies would be out of these medications. The prescription insurance that I have is partnered with Walgreens, but I must unfortunately say that I am not pleased at all with the services I’ve received at Walgreens Pharmacy. I expected much more and have yet to receive any kind of consistent and reasonable service. As soon as I can, I do intend to switch to a different Pharmacy chain and I would hope that if Walgreens were to save any other customers then they would indeed need to work on their staff and manager’s ability to fill medication on time, and keep their pharmacy stocked.

This place is awesome! I went to print a photo for a certification license, and unfortunately it had to be no bigger than 3×3… Any regular photo is 45cents, and 4×4 is the smallest you can go. A passport photo is smaller but it’s $ 12! When I asked one of the associates they cut me a break and just charged me the 45cents and printed a 3×3(passport photo)… How nice. These people are wonderfully helpful whenever I go in, so I def recommend anyone come here.

I stopped in since I recently moved to the area and had to get all of my prescriptions switched over. first impression is the store looks fairly new and is really spacious! I was able to easily find the things I needed and all of the merchandise was neat and in place. The people seemed extremely nice and multiple workers greeted me as I shopped around. The pharmacy: things seemed really upgraded, they even have kiosk so that you can pay for your prescription and just pick it up at the counter! I opted to wait for the cashier since things didn’t seem right online. She was very accommodating and worked through the kinks of transferring my prescription. I knew there was a reason I stick to Walgreens!
