Poor customer service. A JCP employee referred me to this location. I walked in the door, approached the counter, the representative acknowledged me. After she finished servicing her customer, she completely ignored me. I stood there waiting on the next representative and was ignored again. I will never visit this store again. You just lost a frequent customer..

Love this store! It’s is classy and absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing! We were greeted right away and offered a beverage. The place was busy, but what do you expect two days before Christmas? I purchased a Pandora charm. The sale associate was very knowledgable about her inventory. They placed to charm in a cute Pandora bag and Christmas theme tissue paper. Loved the experience that I went back today to purchase an Alex and Ani bracelet. We had the same awesome experience.

Beautiful store, wonderful helpful staff! This store has some best stuff around. Lots of Swarovski and Brighton! Found exactly what I was looking for.

I had a very good experience there. The sales team were all very nice, they offered us drinks and cookies. My little 2 year old got to color and watch tv. They helped me for about an hour looking for Pandora pieces. I couldn’t figure out what to get my mom for her birthday, and they took the time to helped me pick the perfect ones. I have been there about 5 times and every time it was a good experience.

And now for the «Merry Christmas» edition of ‘Cliffy M unloads on a merchant.‘
This shop deals in high end collectibles like Swarovski, Lladro, etc. Very expensive stuff. Large store, nice fixtures and lighting. All very chi chi. Cute little blonde sales staff in simple black dresses.
I’m sure it’s a wonderful shop except my experience wasn’t so wonderful.
Mrs. Cliffy and Cliffy’s Dad both collect Swarovski. The Christmas list in my hot little hand has a lot of Swarovski on it. And wouldn’t you know it, the figurine at the top of the list is a limited run that is pretty much sold out.
So I work the site locator and the phone. No dice until I reach this merchant at 11:00 on Friday. «Sure we have it. What’s your name and phone number?» «I’ll be there this afternoon.»
At 2:00 I walk in the doors for the first (and now last) time. I get as far as telling Blondy ‘I’m looking for one particular piece’ when she makes a face.
«Did you call this morning? I was looking for your name and number to give you a call. We had them but we sold them. Sorry. Have you seen the flowers?»
No problem. Just a trip entirely across town, gas, tolls & time.
So, the patented Cliffy stare of death, and out the door I went.
