McDonald’s

Antonio is so pretty. I come here every week just to talk to him. I’ve been coming here for 8 weeks now. I’m too shy to ask him on a date so if one of his co workers are reading this please tell him Tori thinks he is cute and that I would like to get to know him better. Sometimes I have dreams about us sitting on a hill and holding hands. It’s almost like we met in a past life.
The store is very nice though and I like the sweet tea with 19 packets of sugar added.

I come here because it’s near my home. I just waited ten minutes in line and decided to back up and drive off because it takes too long to get food here. I’ve called before but I guess they haven’t found the problem. It can’t be the cars because there were only 2 in front of me and they handed the first car one bag of food, then the 2^nd car paid with a 5 dollar bill. They really need to put a warning at this McDonald about the wait being longer than getting a double double from IN and Out.

They always forget to mix my mcflurrys turning my midnight run for yum yums into a dark place.

Came through here the other day, was greeted by a nice man named Nate. He was very nice, and had a positive attitude.

I hate to admit it, but I frequent McDonald’s regularly. This McDonald’s, by far, is the best that I have ever been to. The employees are ALWAYS happy and cheerful no matter how busy they are, and my orders are always accurate. The other reviews say how slow they are, but I have never had an issue.

They are really slowwwwwwwwwwwww!!! We go here almost everyday… And they are just getting slower and slower and slower!!! Fast food? Lol
Update: Customer service has improved. The have a more friendly and interactive staff. One employee went around refilling coffee which is unheard of at McDonalds. Also, they’ve started greeting customers. I’m really liking this McDonalds. Only issue, they need window covers/​shades on the south side of the building because it gets hot on that side and no one wants to sit there. It would be a good investment.

Took 30 minutes in the drive through to get a cup of coffee. Sat at the window with no one there to help for 10 minutes. Terrible customer service.

I’ve been stuck in their drive through for 30 minutes. The order was incorrect when I got to the pay window. The girl at the pay window suddenly left and I had to weight again. Cars behind me were honking horns. I only ordered one Happy meal. This is not the first time it’s been slow at the drive through. I had to pay for my meal after that long weight.

Bad, don’t bother going to the drive thru at night. The lady at the window doesn’t bother to listen to the order and and 4 out of the last 6 times I was there they messed up my order. Basic things like a double cheese burger not having picked ketchup or mustard. Gonna start going thru the list of ingredients at the terminal and unwrapping every single item and checking visually before leaving. God I hate California food service.

If only 0 stars were possible…
The lady who runs this place at night is terrible. It’s hard to tell if she is angry about being there or if she is just ignorant to the fact that she has no manners.
Do not drive through here at night. Point blank.

I don’t normally give McDonald’s or any fast food chain restaurant any review because they are everywhere and they all have the same menu. We can rate the cleanliness, service and quality of product but that’s boring unless it’s that bad and people should know.
I rate this McDonald 1 star because apparently their customer service is that bad on drive thru at night. The person taking my order have issues. She wanted to take my order right there and then not giving me time to look. When I was ready she didn’t want to say a word and had to order thru the window.
Now, there is absolutely no excuses why us customers have to deal with bad service. You don’t like your job then QUIT. Find a job that makes you happy, if not then do your job right, plain and simple.
I read through other reviews here and this is a consistent problem. People don’t just make this up.

Crapy drive thew service. Took 10 minutes to make 3 burgers and they managed to mess all 3 of them up and they where cold. Never will i go their again! (Their was no line either)

Everyone was friendly and the order came out on time. They had an extra McFlurry and gave it to us for free! I feel like McDonalds getting back to its roots. I hope in October the come back out with the happy meal buckets. You know, the ones that we would use to trick-​or-​treat with as kids. I love this location and love the $ 1 any size soda.

Whoa some of the reviews on here are brutal. Chill out, folks. It’s just fast food. The food quality is going to be less than average because it’s cheap and it’s fast. And might I remind y’all that it doesn’t matter how hard you work at McDonald’s because you’re still going to make the same pathetic wage. Say please and thank yous and be patient and grateful to the employees. Chances are they struggle more than you so please don’t make their day any worse by throwing a fit. Was your order wrong? Oh no! Go park, go inside, and ask them to fix it. They’ll make it all better. It’s actually kind of hard to take orders over an intercom and simultaneously be making a separate transaction at the window, so check your order on the screen, check your receipt after you pay, and then check your bag before you drive off like a big kid.
Additionally this McDonalds is super convenient. It’s located on a major highway, connected to a gas station and convenience store, and it’s open 24 hours! Now that’s capitalism! Get yo mcnuggerts on at 2 in the morning if you want! Also another reason to lay off the employees is the realization that they must have crazy schedules in order to rotate and cover the night shifts. If you want a fake smile and free ketchup offerings maybe McDonald’s should enforce a living wage for its employees so they can afford to replenish the life force which their place of work drains from them.
GIVE MARCUS A DAMN RAISE ALREADY.
Last trip here I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a sweet tea. Both were excellent and exactly as I expected. I have a little crush on the girl at the pick-​up window. She forgot to give me a straw but it’s all good. I just took the lid off and pretended I was on a porch swing in the deep south. Did I spill it all over myself when I slammed on the breaks? Yes. But to blame my misfortune on service workers is incredibly indecent.

The menu has been stripped. This is looking like the 1960 menu. I drove through and drove out as there was just nothing I wanted. I’ll stick to coming to breakfast for the egg white delight.

Very rude emplyees. They act like your a pain because your ordering food. They need to get out of customer service jobs. I will not return
There are a lot of Mcdonalds that have great customer service.

For some reason it is hard to put 10 cream 10 sugars in a cup of coffee !!! At night you got people mad as hell for ordering french fries.

1040am… breakfast stops being served at 11 and the drive thru guy said his manager said to stop serving breakfast. Really???

Sorry, no McDonald’s can get anything greater than a one star. Food quality is nasty at all McDonald’s. The only time I ever eat here is when I am totally depressed and want to die.

I got free fries.
So I understand that’s it’s a mcdonalds but giving any more than a 1 would be generous. The restaurant was clean so there’s a star. And the fries to my overpriced nuggets combo was free. Second star.
My order was wrong from the start, and seeing that there was really no one else in the store I expected fresh nuggets. Nope, rubbery. My friend’s «fresh» pie was hours old. Disgusting in the center.
The girl taking my order didn’t want to be there and made it obvious, ordering the number on the sign should make it easy to decipher what meal I wanted. I had to repeat it 3 times standing in front of her because her attention was more drawn to the register next to her ordering some damn cookies.
The food was gross, not mcdonalds questionable either. Just lazy staff there.
