McDonald’s

I give it ONE STAR coz it was close to where I was grocery shopping at. Other than that, this place has terrible service! This was the first time coming here and it will be my last! Went through the drive thru and they forgot a part of my order, went around again (drive thru) to get it and he didnt even realize that he missed my order! I asked if syrup was in the bag and he says yes, got home and turned out it was sweet n sour sauce and not syrup for my pancakes!!! Not only that, i soon realized that the 20 pc nuggets i had ordered was only a 10 pc! Didnt feel like driving back to that mcdonalds after a long day of driving already! I tried calling this mcdonalds 10x (literally) but no one picked up. I dont know what kind of business they running there but apparently whoever is in charge of this place isnt doing a good job! I hope someone of importance will read these bad reviews and do something about it!

The reviews don’t lie. Lol. They mess up my order every time. I don’t know how many times I’ve sworn I won’t go back to this place, but somehow it keeps happening. I blame its perfect location and an affinity for McD’s dipped ice cream cones.

It’s mc Donald’s, not my favorite. I do frequent this location for sodas and sometimes food. Super close to my house, which makes it good for lazy nights.
I’ve never had an issue with the drive thru staff here, they’re always friendly! Mind you, I’ve been in the same area for 6 years now. They are slow sometimes, but who isn’t?
It’s fine to be slow, but handle it correctly. I was very disappointed tonight when I was waiting in line. I was between the payment window and the order pick up window. I heard the cashier say to the car behind me
«It’s because people like you, the car in front of you, and the people behind you know your orders ahead of time. The person at the second window didn’t know what he wanted then he made a large order.»
WRONG! That is the WORST thing you could tell a customer in this situation. Don’t blame it on other customers, take ownership. Or maybe you could deflect by responding to the question (why is this taking so long) with
«We like to serve our customers hot food!»
Glam yourself up a bit. Sell your company, don’t promote bad quality & training within your business.
You were not meant to be in the service industry. Maybe the first clue was that you had to repeat all of our orders back to us three times at the menu and then again at the payment window.
Customer service doesn’t appear to be mc Donald’s top concern. If it is, then their strategies need to be revisited. Not the worst policies, but not the bet either.

Hair in my food… And a guy named Alan with no customer service at all… snapped at me to walk over there. I wasn’t going to a anything until he did it to 4 different customers. I told the manager and he freaked out. What I didn’t do anything. I told him I have my own business and I would never snap at anyone, and kids. Ugh
Never eating here again.

Everytime I have been here they have messed up my order, and the people who work there aren’t even nice about it they are rude and disrespectful. All they have to do is fix my order and I’d be happy but they argue with me every time and say that I didn’t order it right. I’m pretty sure I always say plain I can’t stand condiments and I’m allergic to pickle I have to say plain. This mcdonalds needs new employees.

Just moved to that area and wanted some quick breakfast, NOT! Lady told me to pull up and park for a breakfast order. When I asked how long it would take she said «I am honestly not sure» excuse me? This is breakfast, I didn’t order a friggin steak here! Did the grill break? Run out of biscuits? I waited for 5 minutes before walking in and demanding my money back. The lady behind the counter had my order ready, the only reason I took it was because I was on the way to work and getting my money would have taken MORE TIME.
Food was F***ing cold. And I had to walk in and get it. NEVER NEVER AGAIN GOING TO THIS MCDONALDS! There are other locations that deserve the business.

Love the dollar menu and all the new additions to it! Wish this location was open 24 hours like some of the others. Never have had any issues with customer service or my order at this location unlike the others.

THIS McDonalds SUCKS! They can’t get the orders right EVER! It seems like the people who work there are from some other planet! It’s like they have not even been trained but rather given a uniform and said your hired… The food is never fresh and if you ask for fresh you get attitude… This McDonalds is in need of better management for sure!!!

The service here is horrible!!! The cashier had temper issues and gave me constant unnecessary attitude! She couldn’t get the order right at all! Then when the food came it was all wrong and cold! It wasn’t even worth it! When i left i even had a huge stomach ache! They don’t have control over their customers! This restaurant either needs new employers or just needs to close! Don’t waste your time here! Just trying to save you all from a bad experience!

They constantly are messing up my order, they once told me to pull forward to wait for my fries and left me out there for 15 mins before I had to get out of my car (avoiding doing this is the whole reason you opt for drive thru, right?) to go find out what had happened. I was forgotten about. There are many more but I don’t have all day to type.

I laughed when I read Michael S.‘s review… the exact same thing happened today with my son and I.
We don’t normally visit this particular McDonald’s but we were on a quick trip to Sprouts and we were hungry. As I drove around to the drive through, I said to my son, «I don’t like this McDonald’s because they never get the order right»…and they didn’t.
We ordered two McDoubles… one with everything except onions and one with pickles and ketchup only). Yes, I know a McDouble is suppose to have cheese, but the kid is at that age where a single burger isn’t enough but a ¼ pounder is too much… and he doesn’t like cheese… well, he got cheese anyway.
We didn’t open the bag (silly me) until we parked at Sprouts and there, in all its glory were two McDoubles exactly alike (hey, at least they remembered to leave off the recon onions).
I told my son we could go back to McD’s and have the make a new burger but, since it was suppose to be a «quick» trip, he chose to pull off as much cheese a possible and eat around the rest…
In all fairness, as far as taste goes, my burger good and it was hot. I can’t say the same for the fries though… they were floppy and greasy and tasted like old oil… ick!
Today I said I will never go back… but I’m sure I’ve said that about this particular McD’s in the past… I’m getting old… I forget… especially when I’m hungry!
I’ve posted a picture of the burger and the special order paper they attach to the burger… wonder if it was backwards day today… no means yes and yes means no? Probably not…

Food was delicious and the service was exemplary. That is, until a co-​worker notified me that he discovered a brunette’s hair strand in his breakfast burrito. WTF, over?!

Great play area for kids. I’m not complaining about the food because I don’t have high expectation for McDonald food but I love the indoor play area.

Before I begin, I would like to state that if there existed an option to give this place no stars, I would do so.
Residing in the area around Mission Marketplace, I would love to be able to say that I at least LIKE having the largest fast food chain in the world near me as a go-​to place. Although, with this McDonalds, that idea is obsolete.
It had come to my attention that recently, as in the last four times I have been here, my order has been wrong every single time. One day I had recalled to myself while waiting in the drive thru, «that would really be a bummer if they got my order wrong, especially after the cashier made sure I payed the extra dollar for my fries.» To my not so surprising discontent, I was given no fries… again. Maybe that time I jinxed myself, and I apologize if that fault is on me, but I do not believe that to be so.
I get that working at McDonalds is definitely not the most exciting and fulfilling thing you will do in life, but that is no excuse for poor service.
If I could give one award to this restaurant, it would be for Consistency in Inconsistency. If you absolutely need to go this McDonalds, so be it; there are many things in life we end up regretting. But if there is one on the way to your destination, go there. Because no other fast food restaurant could possibly be as terrible as this one.

No napkins. Bad chicken sandwich. What else can I say. The worst McDonald experience I have had. It has been my experience that McDonalds is the most consistent fast food restaurant in the World. Not here.
