Today my wife and I tried Jose’s Taco for the first time. I had two carne asada burritos which were excellent. We used to go to another restaurant in the area for carne asada but Jose’s is much better. The meat was well trimmed, so there was no fat to gag on which is very important. We plan on going to Jose’s more often in the future.

This is your run of the mill Mexican taco shop. They have decent food with an option for a gigantic burrito. I went with that burrito once. It was full of everything that it didn’t have much quality just tons of beans and shredded beef. There regular burritos are amazing though and I love their rolled tacos.
Food: decent and keeps up with rest
Service: it’s a fast food joint
Ambience: it’s clean

I REALLY want to give this place all 5 stars because their food, with the exception of the last two times hubby and I went in, is BOMB!
then there’s the staff, which is the main culprit for losing two stars. the people that work behind the register should really learn how to smile and be courteous. especially if you were seeing us almost every Tuesday for a month or so.
other than that, feel free to try this place.
rolled tacos are delicious always has that great crunch with each bite.
chorizo burrito has been a «hit or miss» for hubby and I. they’re have been times when both our burritos are extremely delicious but we’ve also been dealt with an all burned chorizo burrito that was inedible.

One of my favorite places of all time. The food is always fresh and has been the same the quality for the last several years. I’ve never had anything I didn’t like, from burritos to tacos to enchiladas to chile relleno. Love you long time Jose’s.

I LOVE this place’s food. However, the girl working the cash register is the grumpiest person ever. She rolls her eyes, has a snappy tone, and is just overall unpleasant to be around. I would almost think twice before coming here just so I don’t have to deal with her attitude.

Wedged in between all forms of Dr offices, is this small, quaint, typical hole in the wall spot. The food was good and was pretty quick. I had a California burrito and it was tasty. Their carrots are GINORMOUS. However, I will say I was pretty disappointed in the salsa. I am a fan of spicy and if you are to, then this might not be the place for you. They were actually quite bland. I am sure I will be back, but I will have to bring some Chalula.

I’m really glad Jose’s is so close to my house, because their food is awesome! I usually go in the evenings during the week and they seem to be steadily and quickly serving a lot of people.
Their carne asada is great, and they use crinkle cut fries. I’ve not tried their pollo asada yet but their shrimp burritos are big and fresh.
This is definitely my favorite taco shop in the area. Jose’s rocks!

Not a bad little spot. Tried this place out I ordered the benchmark carna asada burro to get a baseline. It was a bit on the small side but tasty. Their Verde salsa was very good.

I’ve only had a chorizo torta from this place but it was fast service and super cheap. My fat torta was under 5 $! Loaded with eggs beans Nd guac it’s hard to go wrong. They also have a little salsa bar with free hot carrots woo!

Back in the day we would walk from almost anywhere. I mean like the park, or the old crib. The food was it. They don’t have a drive-​thru but it’s whatever. All the food was bomb.
Maybe they’re under new ownership or something. The cook for sure is different. This new guy doesn’t now how to read. I got all the way back to the pad and was a carne asada quesadilla short. I called it in and could here the guerra arguing about how many where on the order.
Smh.
So I drive back about 2 miles and when I get there the cook is giving me the stink eye, but doesn’t wanna fight. The quesadilla I get is burnt amd looks like he threw in the box from across the room. Luckily there’s another one about equal diatance from home. This place gets one star cause they ruined my meal and my good time.

Had the adobada burrito for lunch one day and it was acceptable. I love mexican food and have had my fair share but this place doesn’t really differentiate itself. Will I come back? sure, it’s in a convenient location for me, but not for any real reason beyond that.

So after eating here three times, this nasty girl tells me that her uncle had been under charging me. And she charged me double for the kids burrito and made a big deal about how her uncle was wrong… well nonetheless. … I won’t ever come back when she is working. … what a nasty girl. Wow!

Four stars is pretty generous for this place. People need to think of Unilocal review stores like hotel stars, it’s like comparing this place to a Marriott, when it’s more of a Holiday Inn at best. I get it, you like Mexican food. This place is just ok.
I got the California Burrito, and it was a decent size but overall the meat was kind of bland, the potatoes were fine, but they weren’t fries. The tortilla was heated and so it had a nice crispiness to it, but that’s about as unique as it got. It’s not the second coming of Wolfgang Puck, it’s a burrito. Pretty run-​of-​the-​mill.

Order at the counter and away yourself. Serve your own drink.
There’s a salsa bar with pico and peppers. Must try the red salsa.
I fell in love with my burrito. My aunt had the carnitas tacos and loved them. Her bf had the machaca and was satisfied but wished he had asked for no cheese.
