On 10÷4÷15 around 10:15−20PM I drove up to the drive through at this location and waited for a good 5 minutes with no answer. I thought this was a 24 hour place but thought I misread something so I figured it was closed after 5 minutes of waiting. I drove further up planning to leave and I see the window employee just talking to someone in the kitchen…
Sorry Dunkin donuts, please hire better staff or at least someone that responds to their customers.

Since when can you not get more than two coffees while in the drive through? I found this Dunkin to be pretty crappy in customer service. I’m in the service industry, I never say no unless someone is super off the wall. But two coffees? That’s not asking too much. Apparently it’s too hard to put a fast food order together.

Their service here is horrible. The last few times I have been there they just seem so unhappy. I went through the drive thru this time and the boy didn’t say hi or anything I handed him my card he gave me my drink ran my card gave it back and didnt say ty or have a nice day or anything didn’t even give me my recipe. Im like oooook am I done? Its been like this just about every time I go there. But its dunkin donuts its all good food but service needs some work.

Something special happens at Dunkin Donuts in Ocala. The ladies that make the donuts here are shaped like real people and they break the rules when they stuff crème and jelly into the donuts going overboard every time and pushing you one more happy bite towards your glorious diabetic coma.

A Dunkin Donuts is a Dunkin Donuts when it comes to food. They are all created equal. Meanwhile, service and cleanliness does vary. This location was spotless at 5am when we arrived. And, the service couldn’t be better. We ordered a lot of food early in the morning and the woman working solo — at the time — handled it all without any stress. In fact, we were in and out in minutes. Great place for anyone looking for a coffee, donut, bagel.

20% of the time I get a drinkable beverage. We cannot figure out what the heck is the problem other than O.E. operator error or LAZY. Been told that the only way to have your coffee stirred is if you ask. Um, that’s nice. Let me chew on sugar through my straw. I dislike coming here and only do out of desperation… Sadly, complaining only gets you nothing. Oh well. #FlauntNow If you are near Dunnellon, go there. You WILL NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED! 100% best coffee every time. And I never have to ask for my coffee to be stirred. Wow! Oh and better prices too!
