Starbucks

My boyfriend and I stopped in on a long road trip for some coffee around 6pm and everyone was so nice! So much so that as we were leaving, my boyfriend suggested I call and compliment this store. I said I would just give them 5 stars on Unilocal and when I came on here, I was shocked to find all the negative reviews! The baristas were all so nice and welcoming! We had a complicated request and they didn’t even hesitate once. Baristas like these are what make the Starbucks experience so special and worth the extra money. Thank you & may all of the employees of this store had a happy holiday!

I’m an Army wife and today’s Veteran’s Day! I’m happy to be picking up my free tall coffee :) Thank you Starbucks for not only appreciating the service member but their spouses as well who, by the way, also serve!

Turn around and run away from this location to the Starbucks sucks ass the heck is terrible service and they don’t even treat customers as customers some things very different

My husband’s caramel mocha frap was terrible! My salted caramel mocha was not the best either– disappointing stop off of I-​75. Not a good Starbucks!!!

For the first time EVER, my wife & I walked out of a Starbucks without ordering. For nearly 10 minutes we stood 2^nd in line while even the two girls ahead of us were ignored by the four employees present. Not once did any employee so much as look at those of us in line. Sadly, we could not discern what function any of them but one barista were performing. This is a Starbucks we will forever just drive by.

Fantastic location and customer service. There is a barista that looks like young Reece Witherspoon that is amazing. The drive through slows down your wait time but overall a clean Starbucks.

Cute place! Nice place to sit and enjoy coffee and conversation. Coffee was good. Staff friendly. Drive thru if you’re rollin’ by!

Absolutely horrible service. The girl at the register was rude and blunt. My frappucino was made wrong, with no whipped cream or caramel and served in the wrong cup. Asking to fix it only got angry states from the guy behind the counter and ignored by the girl who made it. My croissant took TEN MINUTES longer than my coffee to be served. And the girl who served it – the same who took my order and made my coffee — slammed it on the counter out of my reach! Don’t go here, go to another one in Ocala. And avoid Nancy. It’s really obvious that she hates doing anything but restocking cups.

Slowest counter service ever at almost 8pm! Greeting by the window barrister was «what’s up? man» not very professional.

I was not impressed with this visit this time… The reason I was not impressed was because the people at the window do not give you any attention or greets you at all whatsoever. As a matter fact the only time that they reach you is when they go to give you your coffee at the very end and when they expect to get a tip. I find that a little rude. They leave the window open and when you have employees that are having a bad day you can hear everything going on and I really don’t need to hear everything going on.

Pretty average for Starbucks, though it gets an extra point or two for a good location and better than average parking (and it’s the only drive thru in the area). Easy to zip around the newer shopping complex and reach it from just about anywhere.
Service is a mixed bag, but I’ve never had a truly negative experience. Drink quality can vary, but comes in at better than average for Ocala or Gainesville. Seating had been superb inside and out until recent makeover, but that’s more of a corporate decree.
It’s a Starbucks, so most coffee veterans will know what to expect.

Poor service. No one in line ahead of or behind me. I ordered 6 drinks, all plain and straight off the menu except for 1 that was sugar-​free (diabetic). 2 were the completely wrong drinks and 1 was forgotten. I had to remind them twice to make the forgotten drink and ended up waiting for ~25 minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t find out that the sugar free one was incorrect until later, which was a wonderful ending to this terrible experience.

Terrible service and sllloooooow. The drive-​through attendant did not like her job today apparently and was rude. Our two drinks took forever and the lady was so quick to walk away that we couldn’t flag her down to remind her that she forgot our sandwich. Pass this one by.

clean and not crowded!

: I love Starbucks! Not only are they the only place I can go for my Frappuccino and «NOT» have Trans Fat in it like Dunkin or McDonalds. But I love coming to get the «Grounds for your Grounds». They bag the used Coffee grounds and the plants and grass love them!!! We have had super growth in all our plants we have used them on. This Starbucks is very clean, nice staff and pretty quick service. If you are in search of the Grounds call ahead and make sure your local Starbucks is actually saving them like they are supposed to be doing before making the trip. They have awesome Pumpkin bread and some other great little treats. My Girlfriend likes their Parfait.

I just don’t like the way Starbucks coffee tastes anymore.

Pretty much one of the nicest Starbucks locations I have been to. Not much going on here in Ocala, and I was on the way back from my parents house after dinner, so I dropped in for a cup of coffee.
I was kind of impressed. This Starbucks has a drive through. The inside is very clean and organized. The whole place looks brand new. Even the bathroom was sparkling clean.
The inside seating area has a very warm coffee house appeal to it with a mix of couches and chairs, pictures and mirrors on the walls, and subdued lamp lighting. Cool oldies and bluesy tunes play over the speakers. Lots of the usual Starbucks merchandise on hand to purchase.
The one real nice thing they have going for this location is the outside seating on the large patio in front of it that houses about ten tables with plenty of chairs all around. It was really enjoyable to sit outside on a beautiful night with a sky full of stars overhead while sipping my iced coffee.
Friendly baristas, quick service, and free wifi. Open until 11PM. What more could you ask for?
