I love driving my BMW but this place has a horrible service depatment. Every time I need my car worked on (which has been about 10 times since May 2007 (twice due to a faulty computer, once for the hood being loose, three times for a bettery that was faulty that they refused to replace until I threatened the lemon law) they don’t have a loaner available. I have a 650i and you think for the price I paid they’d give me a loaner. Once I begged and begged for a loaner and they rented me a Jetta. So FYI if you want a loaner be persistent.
