Please stay away from this dealership. I took my vehicle in for new tires and when I got it back, three of my rims were deeply gouged. The service manager said he would have them refinished instead of replacing them and was very nonchalant about the whole ordeal. I was treated like a second class citizen. Go somewhere else, total incompetence at all levels. This dealership is an embarrassment.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. HORRIBLE! Never have I been treated so terribly by a car dealership. Not once now but twice they have told us that they don’t have time to appraise our trade in. This is a vehicle that we purchased from Palm. Their used car manager Dominic obviously doesn’t care about repeat business. Because for the second time we have been told the Palm«does not have time» to even look at our trade-in. My fiancé has left multiple voicemails for Dominic which have not been returned. We’ve been trying now have to get them to value this trade for 3 weeks. In my opinion palm Chevrolet has the worst customer service of any vehicle dealership I’ve ever seen and I will never buy a vehicle from them or any of their affiliates ever again.

Service Adviser Joe was very friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle and had it ready when promised. He epitomizes what a Service Adviser should be.

I have 2015 car Make appointment and even a 5 minuet repair and u wait 3 hours My dome light somehow was on and drained the battery I called the service department and they told me to bring it in Ya I know it’s Florida Bottom line I would not buy a car from them and need to find better service department

Service department performed vehicle federal recall but would not address the issue of why my Electric Power Steering Assist Motor keeps going out. Wants me to return vehicle to check vehicle computer for error codes. This is a known problem with Chevy HHR’s. Very disappointing with the Service Consultant, the Service, and the Chevrolet Motor Vehicles as a product. Thank You for taking the time to read this.

Stay far away from this dealer!!! Especially the service department where the moto should not be service but disservice. Multiple issues that were never addressed to most recently blaming a non factory part that had nothing to do with what they labeled the problem part Starter Solenoid Stud arcing across an aluminum airbox. It was just automatically the airbox fault not the exposed stud or even a hint in actually satisfying a 20+ year customer. To the kicker of outright fraud by the service department. Two different cars on two different occasions same model and years and same tires to the claim of 3 tires being bad on the vehicle and then trying to charge 1,000 plus for new tires when the originals that I put on were not faulty. This dealership is a sham and a scam. Unless you must absolutely take your car here I would avoid this dealership and it’s service department like the plague.

Everyone was really friendly. Once i said i’m getting my car repaired usually the sales people would back off. But Jordan(my sales guy) was still chatting with me about getting me to test drive a new car. You know if you test drive the chances are you will end up buying it. I refused but Jordan stayed consistent with getting me into a new car. I don’t even know what he did but next thing you know I’m driving off the lot in a new suburban… Hahah thanks Jordan!!!
