This place sucked. I got a caramel frap w extra caramel and they got so lazy they just poured some on the top and that’s it. I’ve never been here when they’ve got my order right. /: Only time mg order has ever been right is when I order a green tea.

By far the best Starbucks in the area. I like asking for suggestions/recommendations. The Baristas always give me interesting choices. I switch between Ice Tea Lattes to Espresso with half/half pumps of something and it is always delicious. Great staff, nice atmosphere to work in, and fabulous music. Keep it up Main & Carol.

Never fails, every time I come here my caramel Frapuccino is always extremely runny. I ask extra Carmel drizzle(tastes way better that way) but they seem to think I was instant diabetes because it’s like they pour the bottle of caramel in it which makes it way too sweet. Not to mention I always get a sticky cup with caramel running down the sides and as soon as you put your straw in it, it’s overflows. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The one down the street(next to McDonald) is so much better. Love that one

This place sucks. By far the worst SBUX in the area. They must have an intelligence ceiling where you can only be so intelligent to work at this location because their workers are all seem to be lacking in the common sense, listening & truth departments. Doesn’t matter what time of day or what day you go… Tonight, we went through the drive thru and my husband ordered a venti iced coffee with classic syrup and half and half. He got a venti iced cup of half and half with a smidge of coffee and no classic syrup. I ordered a venti youthberry tea and the guy first didn’t know what I was talking about then said a second later, oh yeah, we have that. Get up to the window and the brilliant girl at the window said that passion tea is the same as youthberry. Uh no honey, it’s not passion tea is passion tea and youthberry is youthberry. So I go to check the tea bag and they had tucked it in the double cup, lid pops off and I burn my hands with nearly 200 degree water… and yes this brilliant person gave me passion tea in lieu of youthberry and all I needed was burned hands to get get to the bottom of that lie. I tried to order a steamed kids apple juice for my little one. The guy taking the order could not get it through his head that I didn’t want the apple cider. Just a child’s size steam apple juice. Apple juice is sweet enough. Who really needs added syrup and whip cream and caramel? Bleh… Took him at least 4 times to get it, and it comes out in a tall cup, at normal HOT temp. Should have been steamed to 140 degrees or less since it was for a child. Yikes… dense, dense, dense. Sorry ya’ll but I find it hard to respect an establishment committed to being less than mediocre at the prices you pay for Starbucks… I’m thinking yeah, no mas.

Went there today during my lunch time. The store is very clean and organized. The staff are very friendly. I ordered Tall non fat latte and the tomato mozzarella panini sandwich. The latte was like I love it, hot and warm. The sandwich came out of the panini toaster. It was delicious with pesto and spinach sauce. The store have a lot of holiday collection include; coffee packs, chocolate, mugs, and more great stuff… Happy Holidays They have outdoor seating and drive thru.

My home Starbucks and the Baristas all know me by name and always say hello. Good people, great drinks. They don’t always get the drink exactly right but they will always fix it if it’s wrong. Love this place.

I love this location. The baristas are always friendly & I’ve never had a problem with their service. Even if they messed up the drink(one or twice) just let them know & they’ll fix it for you. I usually use the drive thru, no problems.

Love this Starbucks. I am a frequent customer and the service is great every time I go in. Today my brother was a tad unsatisfied with his drink(which I understand because no barista is perfect) and we politely let the staff know and they were more than happy to re make it and it was the most delicious caramel macchiato I’ve ever tasted! I have got nothing but great service here. Some customers forget that sometimes not everyone is perfect and that Starbucks employees are humans to and will mess up an order, I mean why would they do this on purpose? If they ever mess up my order(which so far has never been this location) all you have to do is go back into the store and tell them NICLEY that it’s the wrong drink. So many times they have apologized let me keep the mistake, made a new one and even given me free drink coupons. So maybe this should actually be more of a tip to the impatient/cranky people that they should try to be nice.

This used to be my regular starbucks, now i have another regular starbucks. I came here because this was the nearest drive thru to me. But after getting so many orders wrong, being treated rudely by one particular older woman. And having our orders charged wrong countless times(we have 3 people who have their own starbucks card, all of us gold members, and we say specifically separate order after each drink and have had them all charged to one card so many times) we have had enough and thank god for the new small location on main street that is pretty much only a drive thru, right next to the overpass.

This Oakley Location is terrible. Countless times I have recieved the wrong coffee order and when you call them to tell them they gave you the wrong coffee order they are rude! I haven’t gone to starbucks in a long time so I decided to get a chi latte and I end up with a Vanilla Latte with syrup. So gross! The bartista is very rude and just hands you the coffee, takes your money, and slams the Drive-thru window. Also your cup is not full enough! I will not be returning to this location! Brentwood starbucks is cheaper and make better coffee.

I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for years. Seriously I go in to Starbucks at least 3 times a week and always order the same thing. This store is by far the worst in the area. The only reason I go to the store is because I live close to this store. I order a very simple drink and a constantly mess it up. The one overwhelming redeeming quality about Starbucks is when they mess up a drink they will generally give you a free drink or remake your drink the way you want it. Well lately the Starbucks messes up my drink every time and today when I went in there and we complained about the drink not being right they would not remake it and told me quote unquote that is the way it is. Really??? well I will drive to Antioch from now on. The staff at this store needs to be retrained and soon.

I am done with this location! Extremely poor choices on my part for continuing to frequent this Starbucks. Especially when there’s another one down the street. I have Starbucks coffee 6⁄7 days a week. The store typically is not clean, dust, dirt, straws, trash, tables aren’t cleaned between customers. Even when it’s slow. *If* they get my food and drink order correct — I consider myself lucky. Which is ridiculous, it should be the exception to occasionally make mistakes. In my humble opinion. Almost always the food is overcooked, burnt, stuck on the bag on one side, the other side isn’t heated all the way through. It’s also common to encounter slow, rude, and unhelpful Batista’s. Many times I’ve ordered off the menu in the drive thru, only to have the employee argue — that they not only don’t have it in stock, they have never sold the item! By far the worst location I’ve been to.

Wow! Will this Starbucks ever change? Do they read their reviews and try to better themselves? I haven’t been here since my last review and now remember why. We went through drive thru and ordered a grande two pump mocha and an Espresso. We get to the window and we are charged 7. 10 then handed a Mocha and told to have a nice day as the window closes. My husband tried to get her attention, finally after a while she Opens the window and as my husband is speaking to her she Closes the window on him. She comes back and tries to give us someone else’s coffee, finally gives him the right one and that’s it, no sorry, no have a nice day no fuck you. That’s the final straw, I will drive the extra miles and go to Peets coffee where their service and coffee is way better. Wish I could leave 0 stars

I read some of the previous reviews which validated my experience here this morning. There were only two customers ahead of me. I placed an order for two cups of drip coffee and two artisan breakfast sandwiches. Got the dispensed coffees immediately. Hubby said he will wait for the sandwiches as they are heated up. So I go to sit outside with our friend. I notice a stream of folks coming and going. But no hubby and no breakfast. Finally I go in to check. I look over and ask about the sandwiches. The barista says he called it out. Hubby said he didn’t. It’s a case of barista said and hubby said. Who’s right? And there’s no one inside other than hubby standing there. Shouldn’t someone ask if he needed help?

FYI — - Wondering if Starbucks is doing this to EVERYONE… I just bought a venti vanilla macchiato, did not drink it until I got home… which is a three minute drive. I opened my to-go lid, stirred it with straw and realized that it looked quite low, about a half inch below the cup top, if not more. I am super curious so I got out my ruler and measured it!!! WTF Starbucks? I ordered a venti so give me a damn venti. Give me exactly what I paid for, $ 4.75 worth! Check out one of my pictures and you will see, it was an inch below the cup line! I had not taken one single sip or drink from my cup, now if Starbucks is doing that to everyone’s drink whether it be a tall, grande or venti us consumers are being cheated!!!
