Good conversations, great coffee! A lot cheaper and better than the larger coffee shops (e.g. Starbucks, Peets).

Loved this place. Conveniently close to Sonoma as we were driving back to SF after a weekend in the valley. They are drive-​through as well, and when we stopped and said we were not sure what to get, they offered us a menu card. We said we did not want anything too sweet and the guy at the counter offered to make our coffees (Irish cream original and mocha) half sweet. He also told us that if we did not like it, he will re-​make it. We did not need him to re-​make but last and not least, he told us the coffee was on the house for first-​timers. Thank you wonderful people at Dutch Bros. — you have loyal customers in us!

Sometimes can have slow service so watch the line and plan accordingly. But the employees are always wonderfully nice and give individual time and attention to the costumers. Prob why the line backs up sometimes. The product is better then Starbucks in my opinion and the service hands down compared to Starbucks. They do not have food options tho which is sometimes inconvenience. I think muffins are the only food. So Starbucks has not up on them in the food department especially for healthier options.

This place is great.
Good and unique variety in drinks. Prices are good. They have a stamp card so we get drinks for free all the time. They have deals and specials all the time.
Above all, BEST customer service around. Always greeted with a sincere smile.
Also, be sure to check out their «secret menu». Lots of great drinks.

We heard about this coffee shop from a great friend at work whom had had a great experience and really loved the coffee. We decided that we would head out one weekend and stop at a Dutch Bros Coffee to give it a try ourselves. I am so glad that we did!
I had a peppermint latte with soymilk, and my husband had a peppermint mocha. They were both really tasty; especially with this cold, chilly weather. It feels nice to have a hot cup to hold in your hands to warm up.
The drinks were excellent, and I was pleased that they had vegan options (soymilk). It made our experience a very positive one!
When we checked out they gave us their rewards card and gave us an extra stamp. They also offered my dog a little dog treat. The customer service was clearly a highlight for us, and we will very likely stop by here again in the future to enjoy another great coffee drink.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! They have great customer service, great coffee and just an overall great atmosphere. I frequent this place 3 – 5 times a week and I’m always greeted with friendly faces and great drinks. I love all the monthly deals they have too.
1 of the awesome experiences I had was I ordered a watermelon cherry rebel and the next day I came back and the girl at the Window said oh here is a full stamp card I forgot to add one of the flavors to your drink yesterday. I was shocked she didn’t have to say anything and honestly I didn’t notice so she would have gotten away with forgetting but instead she went above and beyond and apologized and gave me a free drink instead.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. You guys definitely have a customer for life.

They all have a wonderful attitude and always manage to make me smile on my gloomy days. It’s a MUST if I’m in Oakley. I go out of my way to get here. They make any day lovelier. And you know what I also like? I like how on my anniversary with my Boyfriend, they actually wrote «Happy 2 Years! «around the top. They’re very considerate and have a good, listening ear although that’s not included in their job description. I don’t think.

I love this place so much. It holds nostalgia feeling when I use to live in Redding. The staff seems to be trained right. Always friendly and social. The price is reasonable and their drinks are phenomenal.
Every sip brings me back to simpler times in Redding…

Dutch Bros over Starbucks any day.
Came here for the first time and the guy helping us out was super friendly and helpful. He recommended his favourite, the Double Torture, which my cousin got while I got the Cocomo. We got a size medium and it was SO filling but SO good. The coconut flavour makes the drink pretty sweet in the Cocomo while the extra espresso shot gives more coffee flavour to the Double Torture. If you like the flavour of coffee, I recommend adding an extra shot. The guy there even checked up on us to see how we liked our drinks after when we were drinking at the bench.
Best part, if you buy 10 drinks you get the 11th free with their stamp card.
