Round Table Pizza

Meh exactly. Pizza:…even when it’s bad, it’s still pretty good. Haven’t ordered much pizza from the area but I like Lane Splitter better. Only got delivery. A little pricey for pizza too…

I ordered my pizza at 6pm, was told to pick up at 6:20, I was there at 6:30. Did not get my pizza until almost 7! Customers there looked really frustrated, the manager was not helpful at all, she did not offer anything not even apologized. First experience there and it was awful!

I placed an order online at 1:20 pm. My pizza got delivered at 3:10pm. This is ridiculous. I called them and spoke with an inept on the phone who was being rude and stupid. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she wasn’t there. I WILL BE EXPECTING HER TO CALL ME AS I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR HER.
DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY SUCK!!!

This place is bull shit !!! I order at 7 pm then around 7:54 call to see what’s going on apparently the «manager» Monica Som transferred the order to another location never called us and wanted to wait a total of 2 hours … Worst service EVER!!! I will be following up with managers this place sucks

Round Table Pizza pretty good place to get pizza always good old any specially if you get one and it got TV and watch sporting events do birthday parties no complaints so far every now and then service is crappy but majority time it is fantastic…

If I could give less stars I would they have the worst customer service. MANAGER NAMED Moe doesn’t care about customer service. Benita instead of fixing order and taking care of customer just simply didn’t care! Waiting over an hour and was told that we would receive a call back about error that there website made no call back was made. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Prepare to deal with unprofessional people that simply don’t care! There was some other girl there too don’t remember her name but they are all horrible!

Pizza quality here isn’t bad. Got the large size with half kingswood (??) the one that’s normally supreme pizza and half Maui Zaui with red sauce. They put a little too much cheese and there way a LOT of toppings on it which can be a good or bad thing depending on what you like. I think too much toppings makes the pizza taste more soggy than firm or crispy. Round table pizzas are definitely on the pricier side and unfortunately I couldn’t find any coupons! It was pretty cool though that you get 3 free garlic cheese twists if you like them on Facebook. Those garlic cheese twists are dangerous! They’re super good, with diced up garlic, cheese, butter dipped in the ranch dressing they give you. Love that they’re crunchy!
Service is a bit slower here, but it seems like they are busy with people ordering delivery. I’d come back here again, but instead of getting the specialty pizzas, I’d probably get just a few toppings only to prevent the pizza from getting soggy! I also wish their lunch buffets carried over to the weekends as I’d love to enjoy their pizza buffets since they look real good and cheap.

The only reason I’m writing a review for Round Table out of all pizza places right now is because I can tell you that if you tell them you REALLY need pizza, they WILL DELIVER QUICKLY.
I was stuck at the Oakland DMV with my friend and we were dreadfully hungry. We called up Round Table, told them our problem and said we were probably going to leave the DMV in 45 minutes. They said they could get the pizza to us in 45 minutes. We ended up getting it in about 20 minutes instead. I can say that my roommate and I enjoyed a hot pizza from Round Table instead of suffering at the DMV for the remaining hour we were there.
I know there’s nothing special about Round Table’s pizzas. They’re just average pizzas (hence the 3-​stars); you can definitely go to other places with much better choices.
But if you’re in a desperate situation and really need a pizza, Round Table will deliver QUICKLY (just make sure to tell them that you really need your pizza!)

I ordered an artisan pizza and it was very good. I picked it up and it was ready on time. The staff was friendly and the restaurant looked cozy and clean. All around I am pleased and will order from them again.

Who am I kidding? AYCE (all-​you-​can-​eat) joints are my fav. How can you pass up unlimited pizza? Granted, it’s only for a limited amount of time, but definitely worth the visit. It’s $ 7.99 for adults and $ 3.99 for kids 10 and under on Tuesdays from 5−8pm (I believe). Drinks are not included in the price. I think if you’ve worked up an appetite this is the place to be. The price is great for all the food you get. Just maybe not the healthiest, but it’s pretty fine to indulge once in awhile.
I personally love round table because they make restaurant quality pizzas. My favorites include maui zaui and their new artisan pizzas. The buffet also includes a salad bar complete with everything from dressing to boiled eggs. Of course, nothing compares to the pizza. They had about 7 different pizzas available, including BBQ chicken, maui zaui, pepperoni, hawaiian and veggie. Even though you can’t request any pizzas, there is usually a good variety that most likely what you want is there. The only thing is the water at the soda fountain was mixed with pink lemonade because it wasn’t working properly. Other than that, I have no complaints
There’s also a TV, which usually has some sports game on it and a kid’s section for toddlers to play. This definitely is a great deal and I would encourage to bring friends. There’s a parking lot in front & Tuesday nights aren’t usually that busy.

They got my order wrong three times. Tired of the kids they got working in there. And this not the first time I had problems with them one time it took two and a half hours to deliver my pizza. I Only Live Down The street.. Never going back

If I could give thumbs down to this place, I would. Horrible delivery service. I will now order delivery from here ever again. Nor will I order. Had me waiting over an hour and a half for wings and salad and I had delivery around corner from them at work. If I could have walked there it would have been 10 minutes or less. Never will I go there again. If you chose to go, make sure you walk in and call way ahead of time because they are slow as heck. Some employees are ghetto as heck. No class at all. Smh

Do NOT order for delivery — unless you are ready to wait at least 1.5−3 hours receiving your order. I’ve ordered delivery a couple times and each time it took a little over 1.5 hour. Last night I got fed up and cancelled my order and asked for a full refund. As a walk in customer I had a decent experience with customer service and food. I will never order from this location again. I hope management is reading reviews and doing something about this issue as a majority of customers are having awful experiences. Surprised none of it has been addressed.

Ordered pizza online waited 1.5 hours, called «we never got that order» I told her I have the email to prove it. Placed on hold. Again same thing. Horrible customer service. There is some shadiness in that location. Called back to speak to a manager MAGICALLY my order was on its way… I refused.
There is something NOT RIGHT going on at that location. Love round table, but never ordering again.

I ordered a pizza online at 7:42pm as of 9:53pm I’m still waiting for my pizza. I’m starving!!! I ordered pizza to have a simple dinner after a very long day and work… all I got was frustration.
Yes, I called at 8:40pm and they said they never got the order and would rush me a pizza… I had to give them my phone number 6 times… Not sure what they were doing with it but it sure wasn’t rushing me a pizza… Then when I tried to call back I was transfered to another location because this one was now closed. I was told them must be on the way but there was no way for them to look up my order or contact them.
Still Hungry! Never again!

If I could give zero stars. I would. We put in an order online an hour and 45 minutes ago… still waiting… still hungry. We called the branch after an hour and they informed us it would be another 15 minutes. We called back at an hour and a half and were placed on hold where they never returned. Called back again and nobody answered… Called back again and they put us on hold for a couple minutes to grab the manager, who wasn’t friendly, wasn’t helpful and couldn’t give us an updated time of arrival.
I’ve sent corporate an email… we’ll see if and how they respond. This could be the last time I order from RTP… and I will without hesitation spread the word.
Someone get me my pizza and wings.

Well, I was a walk-​in in the afternoon and ordered the baked pasta. (Chicken with alfredo pesto)
It was so good. I ended up ordering it the very next day because I was staying overnight at the Children’s Medical Center nearby.
First time it did take an excessive amount of time to complete my order, even after I left and came back. It was worth the wait.
Luckily there weren’t many customers in front of me as some have mentioned.
I will definitely try out more of their locations to see if this was a one time thing.

Do not ever order from this company. They sent my order to another location that I didn’t order from (have the receipt to prove it) and then called me and said they don’t deliver to my area. So they were going to send the order back to the location I ORIGINALLY ORDERED FROM and my ONE MEDIUM PIZZA WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE IN TWO HOURS!
Whatever 13 year old they have receiving the orders needs to be fired. A monkey with his thumb up his ass can do a better job than any current employee at Round Table Pizza.

This particular place is on my banned list! I am so bummed that I can give them no stars
I ordered a pizza after being on the phone with this lady for over 25 mins. I gave her my complete address. Still I am answering questions like which highway is closer to your place?
Anyhow, I was transferred to another employee who took my order and it was supposed to be delivered within the typical 45 minutes to an hour. AND THIS IS A MONDAY night.
I call after waiting for over an hour and get to know that they don’t have my order. I asked again, and then after 5 10 mins on the phone, I get to know ‘Oh our delivery guy is just leaving. it is going to take another 10 mins”.
I call after 30 mins and I am transferred to Round Table at somewhere else because Temescal shop is closed. I get to know by the lady, ‘Oh if you didn’t get your pizza. I am sure you might not get it all tonight”. Wait WHAT?
