Deisy’s House Cleaning

Please be careful in using this cleaning service. Deisy and her husband seem nice but they will take advantage of you. I wanted to use them for regular cleaning and they gave me a price of $ 140. This worked out great. The next time I wanted a deep cleaning and she said no problem. She didn’t give me a price and came over and started cleaning. They were there for 4 hours and I stopped home to pay her in case I didn’t see her later in the evening. She gave me a whopping rate of $ 85 an hour and the cleaning was no different than before. She just cleaned 2 refrigerators and sweeped my balcony and porch. I know deep cleanings cost more, but not nearly 3 times as much! I was put on the spot, she made me very uncomfortable and nervous, I paid her. I sent her a text stating how I felt about what she did and she didn’t reply. They are a shady company who are unprofessional and unethical. I am considering taking her to small claims court because of how wrong this was.

Deisy is always reliable and does a great job on our two bed/​one bath. She even does things we haven’t specifically asked for without extra charge. Her prices are reasonable too. We will be using her services for years to come.

Deisy and her team cleaned our home before we moved in two years ago. They did such a good job she’s come back twice a month ever since. I’ve consistently been happy with her work. She is dependable and is flexible whenever I need to change our regularly scheduled appointment. A friend of mine was here when they first cleaned the house. He was so impressed he hired them to clean his house on a few occasions and also recommended them to our church, who hired her team to help clean up before a big event. I highly recommend Deisy and an added bonus is she is genuinely a nice person.

I have used Deisy housecleaning on 2 different occasions and I have been very pleased each time. I used them once at my apt in Oakland and then referred them to my mom. They were at least 5 mins early each time and got started as soon as they got there. They cleaned my living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom and I was amazed at how clean they got my floors. At my moms, they cleaned a 4bd/​3ba house and she said that she was «thoroughly pleased» with them, and has already made appts for them to come back out for holiday cleaning before Christmas and New Years. The only reason I’m giving them a 4 instead of 5 stars is because I haven’t used them regularly, so I don’t know too much about their regular customers. Great service at a good price. Highly recommended!

We have Ceasar and his wife clean our house and they always do a good job.
The the main things I look for in a house cleaner are attention to detail and trust, as well as price. I’ve had some that always want to cut corners. But Deisy and Ceasar seem to just want to do a good job and go the extra mile. I also trust them in my house and they are reasonably priced.
Sometimes I want special attention paid to something and they always accommodate.
It doesn’t hurt that they are a nice young couple so I’m glad to give them my business.
