Charlie’s Las Palmas Super Burritos & Seafood

The review is for the steak burrito which is totally amazing. I think they should remove the handwritten signs it in the restaurant it makes the place look cheap. The burrito is excellent but the nachos are not good at all :(

The food is great!!! However the community is more likely the reason for the low reviews. Sometimes there can be a few people that appear to just be standing around doing nothing, there are other stores in the small plaza, so they could be Patriots of those stores. However like I said in the first sentence the food is great.

Todo aquí es hecho fresco y delicioso Me encanta la birria y el menudo lo sirven todos los días y está riquísimo también tienen una gran variedad de jugos de frutas frescas y postres el fried Ice cream incomparable muy satisfecha se los recomiendo.

I’m not sure why this spot gets such low reviews. Possibly from the previous management, but the food is great here now! Same standard menu as the other Las Palmas locations, but the added even more options! Today, I got an order of ground beef nachos. They are always on point and so are the steak/​shrimp combo burritos. The lemon cake is good too. Don’t let an outdated review and old management keep you away from this location. It has made major improvements!

I was so excited for this meal. I love Mexican food and I haven’t been able eat it in a couple of months, so the thought of it was really urging me through an extensive day of errands. When I finally got home, burrito-​y goodness in tow, I was so disappointed to have this meal fail my expectations so drastically. There are a few things I asked to be left out of the dish (because they make me sick) and I bit into my burrito to find that every single one of those things were contained within. Tried to make the best of it, but had to stop three bites in. Really looking forward to being ill for the rest of the night! I’ll be sure to steer very clear of this place in the future.

Update. they are under new management… So I don’t know about this one anymore, I haven’t tried it lately… Hope it helps.

Great food, decent prices. I always get the catfish and its one of the best things there. I have also tried the shrimp & steak burritos. They are giant, slightly pricey, but well worth it.

Charlie’s is where Kwik Way was. Charlie’s is a version of the another well known korean burrito dispensary.
charlie’s menu: burritos, tacos, chicken, seafood, and salads. a side window (holiday) sell pie and cake slices.(2.95)
sampling: fish taco (4.25)
–got soft not fried shell. was corn not flour tortilla
–red snapper breaded and fried. fish mushy not crispy, not a lot of fish fish not flavorful. conclude fish came frozen.
–taco pretty big, stuffed with tomatoes, sour cream, lettuce, etc… not a lot of fish.
–rating: 2 – 2.5 stars (veggies fresh)

–food is prepped after you order
–takes about 10 minutes. (this explains why kwik way isn’t part of the name).
–only reason to come here is convenience if this is your hood.
–hang on receipt. cashier checks it later to ensure the orders are distributed correctly.
–someone’s burrito looked big, but then it’s $ 6-​$ 7.
