The absolute slowest fast food place I have ever been to. We were coming home from a field trip and had a bus of 34 kids and parents. Twenty eight went to Wendy’s and they were all served and had eaten their food before the 6 of us got our orders at KFC. We were in there for over 30 minutes. Second year in a row. I couldn’t believe it. I thought last year was just a fluke — nope. I see from the other reviews I am not alone. How are they still in business? The manager was a joke. There wasn’t enough change in the register and she didn’t seem to care. I had to remind them that they owed my student money. If you are in a harry STAYAWAY!!!

So I was about to type an essay with a concrete sentence, body 1,2,3 but I’m just going to skip to the conclusion. Girl in drive thru as her name tag stated«Martiza» needs to lighten up. I get that«Martiza» was running drive thru and there was a long line but at least she wasn’t taking orders, all her job was is to smile, give me my total and to make sure my order was in the bag and say thanks have a nice day but nope, she chose to give me an incomplete order an said«there you go» and closed the window at light speed without even offering any sauce to accompany my flavorless cold popcorn chicken. All I can say is «Maritza» KFC may not be the job for you or any customer service job really.

Congratulations! This KFC is the slowest in the world. They pride their selves in being consistently terrible for over 5 years straight. I am not really that mad at this point, the lack of self respect is amazing.

If I could give negative stars I would. Went in to order food and was told I’d be helped in a few minutes. Finally got to order, waited 25 minutes for my food. The person behind me got their food before me. Drove home to riverbank, opened the food and was extremely disgusted and disappointed. 4 things of mashed potatoes(each half empty) but no gravy. Some kind of chucks in the baked beans that were also half empty. Called to complain and was told it was chicken in the beans which were called«pulled pork and beans»… um wtf? Pork or chicken? They said they’d give us our money back. Took the nasty food back in and the staff wouldn’t even acknowledge we were there. Finally a girl came over full of attitude and was rude. The relief manager came over with the girl from the phone. The girl wouldn’t let us even talk she just kept saying she was on the phone with us and knew what we were doing there. Didn’t offer us fresh food but said we could take ours with us. Made us wait 10 minutes for our money back. When we asked if the manager would be there tomorrow she said well I can already tell you all he will do is over you a replacement meal another day when we have everything you want… really? Extremely poor service and food quality. Hope these workers don’t think they should make $ 15/hr.

I love KFC. However, I do NOT love the KFC in Oakdale. I’ve tried going many times with the same results — rude emoloyees, cold/old food and they are always out of chicken breasts! Two trips ago they filled each of my side dishes less than half full. The last trip resulted in an employee practically throwing my order out the window at me and then turning and walking off before I could even ask for honey and the drink they forgot to give me. I waited another 5 minutes before someone came and got me honey and my drink. I wrote to corporate and they sent me a $ 10 gift certificate which I refused to even use! If you want chicken, go to the deli at Raley’s next door.

KFC in Oakdale, CA has to be the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I have come through here multiple times over the last couple of months and the service is horrible, the wait is 3 times what is it anywhere else, the bathrooms are disgusting. I will not ever be back.

IF I could write a review on Unilocal with no stars… I would! I have given them the benefit of the doubt for the past several visits. It never fails that whatever I want… they are out of it! How can this happen? I am only asking for a product on the menu!!! I asked for the manager yesterday to get the phone number for the owner… and the manager said there was not one! So Unilocal is the only platform to voice my frustration. My recommendation is to NOT go to this location! Absolutely — a poorly ran fast food chain with no awareness of good customer service! You have been warned!

And DOWN it goes again. The issue here seems to be inconsistent management practices. Apparently they cook chicken from pre-packaged batches(this was explained to me by one of the employees). Each package has a set number of wings, breasts, etc. They are instructed to sell out an entire batch(or most of it), before they open another. This means, if you want 4 breasts or 6 breasts, it would require opening 2 or 3 «batch packages» if all of the remaining parts aren’t sold, it results in loss. I have had this issue pop up several times since I last rated this location. Not only that, but since I had to wait out front for my order, I lowered my window, so I could hear people ordering at the drive-thru. Many expressed the same frustrations while ordering. Phrases like«how can you be out of Breasts at 6PM, this is KFC, right?» I understand the business side, but there HAS to be a Better way to do this. EVERY trip here is frustrating, for this reason, we almost NEVER patronize the business. This is a shame, because we actually really like the chicken. Maybe they could have bags of Breasts only, to supplement the«batch» bags. Whatever the case, It needs to get better, of it will forever be a 1 – 2 star location.

I will be surprised if this place is open in 6 months. What a mess. This is one of those combo places where they have A&W Rooter and KFC. They can’t do either of them correctly. I’n not sure where to start — came by for hotdogs and root beer — 30 min later had hot dog and no root beer(This is an A&W Root Beer). The workers were utterly confused and focused on the drive though leaving the people inside to just sit around. They seem to have a problem with the root beer. I heard the girl say 3 time over the course of 30 min’s that she is refilling the root beer and it would be 10 min. It never got refilled. I got 3 hotdogs, a large root beer float and a small root beer. The hotdogs took 15 min and I got a medium root beer float in a paper cut(not glass) with what tasted like water and syrup and only ½ full. I did not even try to do a refund — I would have been there for an hour more — This place was utter confusion. The food was horrible and the service was even worse, even for fast food. Stay away — they will be out of business soon…

I wish I could give this place NO stars!!! I went back here tonight because I was wanting some KFC tinder strips. Well I should have known better. I don’t live in town I live out in the country and after I got home I noticed my order was WRONG!!! I hate this place so much. They absolutely don’t give a crap about their customers!!! How hard is it to give me what I ordered??? Never again will I go back here!!!

The last three times I’ve been here they have been out of chicken. Tried attempt number 4 and they are out again and asked if I would wait 30 minutes in my car in the parking lot. Really. This is rediclious! It’s KFC, how can they be out of chicken!

Every time I go it’s an eight to 11 minute wait for something! Tonight, with just one car a head of me, one car behind me and maybe two tables of people inside, not to mention it was 6:30 pm Saturday night. First I had to wait 4 or 5 minutes by the speaker to order(what could possibly take so long?). Then I’m order the 8 piece meal original recipe. A staple, right? Well 11 minutes for the biscuits. Didn’t want to wait. Replaced it with Corn. Pull up to the window, pay, watch them put my order together and there it sat, and sat, and sat. 6 minutes later somebody finally sees me sitting there and the food, and hands it over. Get it home; apparently they were running low on original recipe, and without even asking gave me four extra Krispy. I hate extra Krispy. That’s it! Will drive to Riverbank from now on!

For some reason they can never get the orders right. Last night ordered 12 piece all dark with half extra crispy and half rotisserie. Got 2 breasts in the extra crispy and the rotisserie was 4 drumsticks and 2 wings all over cooked. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook the order since didn’t have any prepared. Bought a cake and got home and it was not in the bad. The place is dirty, dust bunnies everywhere. Have contacted corporate office on other times and they fail to respond
