Food was great the manager z was kind and gave me a free pie for the wait. Overall great visit !

Went for dinner for the family. Ordered the 2 for $ 5 items. I was overcharged for the 4 orders of chicken nuggets. The manager Monique was quick to resolve the problem. She was pleasant and apologetic. It was a pleasant experience and I will make this my McDonald’s.

I bought two coffees and they took the time Giordanos takes for a deep dish pizza, walked out and did not even argue It just wasn’t worth it believe me.

Terrible service, everyone looks angry that works here. Also the wait time to get your food is long. The manager waited on me, he never asked can I help you. He just stood there, no thank you either. He at least told me the total.

One star only because it is required. I never have thought about coming on here to write a review because who Unilocal a McDonalds when considering if they should eat there?! Came on here either way to say that this is one of thee worst franchised McDonald’s! Everything everything about it is terrible! Corporate needs to check them, seriously!

Really bad McDonalds… Dirty… Fruit flies everywhere… Slow… Bad food… Just gross.

Slowest McDonalds EVER! Waited 12minutes to receive my order. Then the person bringing out the order yelled a few feet from the door «ma’am are you waiting on food?» Then approached my vehicle with the order FYI It was the wrong order! They have lazy workers and always get the orders wrong.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever. The people who work here are complete morons and extremely rude. Every time I’ve been here their ice cream machine is mysteriously broken. I think someone just doesn’t want to clean the machine. After waiting for twenty minutes my food was ice cold.

I end up going here because it is close to home. Sometimes the food is OK, more often than not it is messed up. Today I ordered a LG iced caramel mocha. I have gotten it here before and the drink reached the top and then the dome was full of whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Today it didn’t reach the top, the drink wasn’t mixed at all, and how did the little bit of whip in there already all melt. It seriously looked like I got someone’s old drink. So gross. Seemed watered down and barely tasted of coffee. Like watery milk. Blehhhhh

The worst mc_​_​_​_​ever, after waiting in line for almost 10 min. just to pay for my meal when I drove off I realized it was cold & this was almost midnight not 12 noon… Oh by the way 1 car in front of mine & I got my order before him. The 1^st. & last time going there!!! Nothing worst than cold McDonalds.

Every single time I’ve gone there has been a problem LMAO
1) CC machine is down EVERY single morning, so if you want breakfast you’d better have cash (what’s cash?)…
2) They never have french fries ready, so you will have to wait.
3) They never have any chicken ready, so you will have to wait.
4) Because you have to wait, the rest of your order will be cold.
5) You have a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance that your order will be right LOL
The sad part is that I continue to go for two reasons:
1) I live down the street and it’s the only thing open 24 hrs
2) I continually convince myself that maybe this time they will get it right…(and they never have… lol) But I swear, I’m never going again…
But seriously, my family and friends all have problems at this location every time they go, too.

Let me tell you how bad this place sucks. There were about 5 employees and one manager in this place. Eight people were waiting at the counter. These Jackasses wouldn’t even make eye contact. They were wizzin back and forth taking care of the drive-​thru, like we weren’t even there. 10 minutes later, I’m thinking to myself, why does this always happen to me? Finally some guy stomps on the counter and like a flash, two registers automatically open. Then they started to make the orders twice. The manager was yelling out for a number 1 and they guy already had it. I was here for someone else. Otherwise my ass would have been out that door in under a minute.
