So, I do not know what all the upset is about. I was hesitant to stop by this subway but my boyfriend and I were hungry and everything around this area was closed. We entered into subway and was greeted by a worker named Jordan. There were three workers there, one was on break and the other was cleaning. Jordan asked what we wanted and my man started. He said he did not want his sandwich toasted and at first she put the sandwich on the pan but when he stated he didn’t want it toasted she said, «no problem» in a friendly voice. She then began my sandwich. When it came time for the vegetables, I was prepared to give a stern voice because I too love olives. However, when I said olives, extra olives, she said«you got it» and my sandwich was covered in an appetizing amount of olives. Wohoo! I give them 5 stars, who knows maybe they listened to the customers and have made a difference. Thought they deserved a shout out. Great job Jordan!

This subway is horrible. It doesn’t carry pastrami and they don’t even have the different kinds of bread on display. Horrible!

This place is the worst Subway that I have ever been to. The workers have to follow some sort of policy. I asked for extra olives… they put 3 on my sandwich, I had to ask for more 5 times and only ended up with about 6 olives on my sandwich. I had even offered to pay extra. The lady said that I had to keep asking for more because it was policy. All they were doing was making the line wait for me to get what I wanted, and I stopped because I felt bad for those in line. I have heard the same complaint from others. I have even asked to pay for a side cup, and apparently, that is not allowed. The do not follow ANY decent Subway promotions. This place is not about customer service, it is like we are burdening them.
