Looking to swap providers, I walked in here today to see what Verizon had to offer. The one rep, who was already working with a customer, failed to acknowledge me in any way during the 5 – 10 minutes I was in the store. A quick, «I’ll be right with you,» or «if you need anything…» would have gone a long way. Oh well, I guess they don’t need the business.

Abysmal customer service. They won’t do any type of service for any Verizon customer except a data swap, which they charge 20 dollars for. In the fifteen minutes I was there they turned away 3 customers. Take your business absolutely anywhere else but here.
