Christina and Willie are always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!
Regardless of when you go in, you’ll have to wait a while for service, but that’s not the employees’ fault — it’s a busy store.

Have a Sprint phone that requires repair. Called this Sprint store to see if they had a loaner phone I could use while I sent in the phone to the manufacturer. They said no but to bring the phone in maybe they could repair it. Brought it in and they said they would charge me $ 75 to see if they could fix it or not. They should have mentioned the charge on the phone, would have saved us some time because I wasn’t going to pay because it was still under warranty and manufacturer is going to fix for free. Wasted my time, staff should be more up front with their policies and fees. There was never any mention of the fee, in fact the clerk wanted me to sign the work order to repair before even telling me there was a fee. Very deceptive business practices. I would stay away from this store at all costs.
