This is a guitar based review, not able to speak to their service/​selection in regards to other types of instruments.
Recently purchased a nice and reasonably priced 2014 Schecter Omen 6 from these guys. Easy transaction, very friendly. Even offered to let my kids bang around on the drums while I browsed (I bet they regret that! haha).
I can’t speak for their other instruments, but it would appear their guitars are set up already so you’re ready to go once you’ve made your decision. Mine was set up with low action and about as close to perfect intonation across the fretboard as you can get.
I guess if I had one gripe, it would be their limited selection of guitars. But then again, this isn’t some huge chain like Guitar Center. Their selection is still decent, with the «big name» selections being Dean, Schecter and PRS. They also stock a variety of Orange amplifiers, which may be my next purchase from them in the future.
Keep up the good work! Looking forward to visiting again.

Early December I went to the store and bought a music instrument, and then was told that I would receive the instrument, «no more then two week, before Christmas.» It is now Christmas Eve, and I have yet to receive my instrument. They keep telling me that they can’t track the package, and have no idea where it is, which to be honest is just bad business. Once I finally get my instrument, I will never shop there again.
