Pleasant service, awesome café’ lattes. The staff is always good. I like Vineyard Haven location better… but Oak Bluffs location does me right when in the area.

My favorite coffee shop on the Vineyard. They have breakfast burritos, muffins, great coffee, and more.

Pretty decent coffee a bit pricey for what you get but I enjoyed it! I would have liked to see one more size selection for the iced versions. I’m glad they had multiple milk options(aka almond and soy) It was very busy when I visited but they moved quickly which was nice to see. They had lots of yummy treats! Seemed fairly clean. A decent amount of coffee and espresso options. The chai wasn’t homemade, just out of the box. Always a bummer when that happens.

We went here every morning on a recent trip. The coffee was good and they offer flavored coffees also which I enjoy. The bagels were fresh and flavorful. Our bagel sandwiches were very tasted. The cheddar cheese actually tasted like cheddar. They have plenty of muffins and baked goods also. We got the sunflower seed bars to go that are vegan and they were a great afternoon snack after a long bike ride. Seems like the locals like it. There were always groups of happy people chatting over coffee. That would be our go to place also if we lived there.

A very cool place that’s always busy. Drinks are delicious and the same goes for the food! Only complaint would be the fact that it is busy and sometimes has a long line but it moves fast and the end result is worth it

Man, I love this place. My go-to coffee spot every time I’m on the Vineyard. I’m sort of a coffee snob, and live in the Bay Area where the coffee is REALLY good, and I always look forward to enjoying Mocha Motts :-) I specifically don’t bring or buy coffee so I can come here every morning — the line is always long for a reason. Oh, and in addition to great coffee, they have soy milk AND almond milk. And the bagels are delish!

We got the iced latte. It was a ton of milk with one shot of espresso. Tasted almost like slightly flavored coffee milk. This also cost $ 3.75. If I’m paying that much, i’d appreciate a muuuch tastier drink. Maybe a bit more espresso? Not just milk… My father also got a coffee which was undrinkable. No amount of sugar or cream could fix it.

I’ll always love this place. Good coffee, great breakfast sandwiches, loud music, quirky staff– it has more character than most. Expect a line in the summer– don’t get your panties in a twist; it’s part of the experience. Certainly not your neighborhood Starbucks, so if that’s what you’re looking for, keep walkin’. It’s small, medium or large at this place.

Love their coffee! Best on island. Always busy with fresh baked goods for sale and fun atmosphere — and good music!

When I was in Martha’s Vineyard, I was taken by all of the quaintness of shops and stores, and especially the Gingerbread Houses. But after all the strolling in the crisp weather, you need a warm cup of something. So, I went to Mocha Mott’s in Oak Bluffs. This little coffee shop carries all organic and fair trade coffee, along with homemade baked goods and some light, café foods for breakfast and lunch. Positivity, good vibes, and chill tunes are what they like the café to be fueled by, while fueling you with some caffeine. I ordered a Cappuccino, complete with their signature logo-ed cup. Nice, rich espresso, topped with some frothy foam. Win. Win.

One of the cashiers knew a lot about coffee He made recommendations for coffee that I was going to use in my espresso machine. I got the Sumatran from Indonesia and I wish I knew how fabulous it was going to taste bc I would have ordered more than a pound! It’s dark and rich w some spicy. The coffee makes me excited to wake up and get out of bed to make my double shot! My friend ordered a pumpkin latte half sweet and it was perfect. Friendly guys as well. There was almond milk available which is a plus since I can’t have soy milk or cow’s milk.

No. Mediocre coffee, questionable food(except, to be fair, their soups in off-season, which are pretty good & seems safer, health-wise). Nothing to write home about, but it’s local, so I was a reg customer, until, the owner lady(«I’M THEOWNER! GRRR!!») had a nutty and informed me that my loyal patronage & excellent tipping would no longer be welcome while I wear my Google Glass. Last straw. My Glass is awesome, Mott’s is not. Better coffee(Actual GOOD coffee, for you urban sophisticates visiting the island) and food are available nearby, with better parking, and without the snotty attitude. You’re not missing much. Pass.

Very good coffee and breakfast spot! We ate the breakfast burrito and a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The bagel was delicious, very fresh. And the fried egg was done well. The breakfast burrito came with a spicy-ish salsa which made this quick-bite memorable. The coffee here is phenomenal. I got an iced mocha which came piled high with whipped cream. My girlfriend just got a regular coffee which was very smooth and didn’t have the bite that some coffee has. Overall, I am really happy we wandered into this place on our vacation. I would definitely recommend it for a cup of coffee and a quick bite.

This place is Solid! I have not been to MV for about 9 years and Mocha Motts is still going strong in Oak Bluffs. I must say on my first visit this time I became infatuated with one of the servers, then I focused on my order of just a plain o cup of coffee and well toasted bagel. I found reasons to go back, let alone for the coffee, I may be hitting 60 here pretty soon, but what the hey! They even have one, going on ten years, over in Vineyard Haven

I cannot say a bad thing about this place. It’s a morning tradition every day while we are on vacation. The staff always smile and are patient with rookies. Stand in line, pay attention to your turn, and then wait for your coffee and delicious breakfast sandwich. yes, the wait can be long but the sandwich is made to order and worth it.
