I have nothing wrong with the food, the the service was HORRIBLE. I waited for at least 20 minuets in the drive-thru for a 4 sandwich order. We went over the order at least 5 times with the cashier and he still got it wrong! I am not going to come back to the location in the future.

Hrm, I am not so happy with this Wendy’s location. First of all, the restaurant address shows its located off of highway K. But, the restaurant is not even accessible from the highway. Secondly, they hired a latino lady that looks exatly like Rosario from Will and Grace, except for the fact that this Rosario clone speaks very little english and the experienced people had to show her how to use a touch screen POS system. I can understand how Rosario lost her job with the ending of her TV show, but this was just plain bad. Also, the food that we get is prepared incorrectly, or it is in poor presentation and we have to wait a while before we even get served. I much prefer the Arnold location or driving a few extra miles to the St. Charles restaurant.

Cleanliness: As I walked in the first thing I noticed was the floor mat rolled up and laying on a booth seat. The kitchen floor was filthy along with the dining area(table tops and floors). The condiment area and soda fountain looked like they hasn’t been touched for days. I didn’t even bother looking at the bathroom. Service: While I was there, two drive-thru customers came in for incorrect orders and one dining room customers was missing several items. Food Quality: The pretzel bun on my burger was bordering on burnt. As a whole the burger is a greasy mess from the cheddar cheese. The only thing positive about this visit was the very friendly girl working the front register. I can confidently say this will be the last time I eat at this Wendy’s.

This is NOT about the food. We pulled in a little after 8 tonight, having had to leave a dinner party for my nephew’s birthday and dinner hadn’t been served yet. I had a 30±minute drive home, and needed to get to bed for an early-morning seminar. But needed something to eat. My son LOVES Wendy’s. I’ve had it before and it’s a cut above the norm for fast-food burgers. In the drive-through, I ordered my son’s meal and before I had finished the order, she asks, «Whatsizeandwhatdrink?» You know the acoustics on these speakers, so I said, «I’m sorry.» Her response was, «Whaaaat. .. size. .. . and. .. whaaaat. .. drink?» Incredibly exaggerated to the point that I felt like Rain Man. I was mortified. I’m not a dumb person, and I’d had nothing to drink. I looked at my son. His eyes were like saucers. He’s 21, so it’s not like he’s some 6-year-old who hasn’t seen and heard stuff. If there had been another Wendy’s even CLOSE to this location, I would have pulled away in a New York second. But there isn’t one. And we had to get home. So I answered — distinctly. And then ordered my sandwich. Now there’s a man’s voice. Hmmm! Somebody(maybe) heard the berating response I received and relieved the twit speaker-lady. At the window, money was paid, soda was delivered, and we were asked to pull up the crosswalk to wait for food delivery because«You’re waiting on fresh meat.» What a thing to say! No thanks were offered. No apologies. And I HAD to keep my mouth shut — this was a real test of my ability to be the better person. We pulled up to the crosswalk and waited. It didn’t take too long. The MAN(really a youngster) brought out our food and apologized that we had to wait. We needed a trash can to rid ourselves of the cans we had in the beverage holders to make room for new beverages, and narry a one was to be found. I drove around the stupid lot twice. Ended up at the industrial trash dumpster, and my son got out to get rid of our soda cans. What’s that about? At this point, I could have had a filet mignon sandwich and would still rate the same way. Fast food is fast food. What sets one facility apart from another is the service, friendliness and enthusiasm — and getting the order correctly. And that’s the employees. This little twit was soooo condescending, I was absolutely astonished. I paid more than $ 12 to be ridiculed. Would you do that again?

Food is decent, male cashier on day shift is a smug a-hole that makes snyde comments under his breath when customers ask for burgers to be made they way the customers’ way.

Went through the drive thu. Order was correct on the screen, however the food was horrible. The burgers were not as ordered, and they were completely sloppy with condiments. One even had the end of a tomato that was’t even close to ripe, and the only way I can explain the buns is they were tough and almost wet. The french fries were not only cold, they weren’t even cooked completely. $ 16.61 for a meal that was inedible and I could have eaten at McDonald’s for about half as much. I eat at Wendy’s all across the country when I need a quick lunch. This restaurant is horrible and this is not the first time this has occured.
