McDonald’s

Wait a really long time for really old food, guaranteed, every single time. thats how they do it here. Its a shame, the other stores owned by the same people are pretty damn good. burn this one down plz.

Going through this McDonald’s before 2pm on a weekday, I would rate this the best McDonalds ever. The food is warm, almost always correct, and I am in the drive thru lane, order, pay, have my food driving away in less then 2 minutes.
However, go on a weekend or after 2pm during the week and the drive thru is slow, inefficient, and usually incorrect. They are also very rude as well. they made my fudge sundae incorrect on ³⁄₃ visits. (Extra fudge, one pump on top, one pump on bottom… not that hard)
Going inside to eat is a totally different story. On any day at any time of the day Going into the place a customer has the joy of watching a live soap opera happening. The cashier argues (with cursing) to the cook, the manager doesn’t know how to run the coffee machine, and the employees yell at the manager and the manager yells back. the poor window cashier is running around a mile a minute getting orders together and handing them out quickly, I’m not even sure how the drive thru even runs smooth at all with the amount of fighting going on behind the scenes. This place is definitely a drive thru breakfast location ONLY!!! Don’t even try it for anything else unless you’re bored and need entertainment.

I discovered a rock or broken machine part while eating a DQP I got for lunch. Unfortunately I noticed it by biting down on it where it broke a section of my wisdom tooth off… That’s right… From top to bottom just below the gum line. Sounds like it will have to be extracted. The corporate office took a report and was supposed to call me back but never did. Not happy!

This Mcdonald’s is superb! The workers take pride in their work and love to remember you and make you feel special. My brother and I would eat there for breakfast once a week while he was in school, and they would always know our standard order and greet us in such a friendly manner. They are wonderful!

I can’t give a McDonalds a 5-​star, but the service at this specific location is top notch. Perhaps it is the contrast to our ‘neighborhood’ McDonalds up Hwy 40, that accentuates the difference. These guys are happy to help, and try to make my experience better. I’ve visited this location a few times over the past year. I like ‘em a lot.
