I’m not sure why there are bad reviews. Their online app is better than any other pizza chain, you earn rewards quickly, and the pizza is always consistent and quick. Enter promo code: «cardswin» the day after a Cardinals victory and your entire order is 50% off.

As someone that always orders on line I was surprised when an hour after ordering I called to be told that they «didn’t receive» my order. I find this strange because as I stated I always order on line ever since on line ordering had been offered. There has never been a problem before and there wouldn’t be one now if it weren’t for the rude condescending treatment I got from the girl on the phone. She talked to me as if I were a child that didn’t understand the ordering process
I asked for the manager or supervisor and was told that they didn’t have one on duty. Hard to believe. I asked if there was something that could be done to correct this problem. She said. «Well you could try ordering it right. Our site is very very simple.» Obviously this ended our conversation. If I don’t hear from a manager or corporate regarding this along with a solution to my extreme dissatisfaction, it will end my business with Papa Johns. It will be back to Domino’s for our go to pizza place. Oh here they are at the door now. Yay Dominos!
I’m giving 1 star only because Unilocal won’t let me post without a star. My real rating is zero stars. If I could give a negative 10 stars I would. Talking with this girl reminds me of why I order on line. Also they put me on hold twice just to ask me if they could put me on hold.

They suck on every level. The app did not work. No phone call as promised. They did not deliver. Spoke to the manager, he holds his palms up and says it is someone else’s problem.
I say with peel opening, Alex’s pizza, Schiapa’s pizza and Gia’s pizza they should be worried.
Finally when I get home the pizzas were cold and wrong.

We order Papa Johns about once per week via delivery. They are very consistent with there food and the delivery service is decent. Don’t have much to complain about. The sweet chili chicken pizza is awesome!
