I can’t say that this is the definitive«St Louis style» pizza, since this is the only pizza I had on my visit, but it is a great pie with the characteristic super thin, square cut that makes up St Louis stye pizza. The crust is almost cracker-like since it is made without yeast. The sauce was definitely sweeter than any other pie I’ve ever had. Service was great. Draft and craft beer selection was great, including a tasty local Civil Life Brown Ale. Interestingly Gia’s is located in the oldest building in O Fallen. I would definitely return if back in the area.

Great value on the lunch deal of half salad and half sandwich or pizza. Love the house dressing on the salads. Like that the salad has lots of veggies and pepperoni included. Staff very friendly even offered«to go» refilled drinks as we left.

Awesome pizza and food. Some of best around O’Fallon. Buffalo chicken and double deck pepperoni are awesome! This is a frequent stop and a favorite for me.

I highly recommend the BLT pizza with thick crust. Their other pizza is good, but this stuff is amazing. I come here specifically for this:)

Meh, its okay if your into sweet sauce. The salad is the iceberg variety, lower grade I am certain, as it was full of cores. Not a green piece in the… um… container? Sweet Italian dressing. Sandwiches served with rippled chips, really? Afterthought for sure. Basic service ware from the discount restaurant supply warehouse. Don’t get excited, and not worth any kind of wait. If I had to eat pizza and wanted to avoid the national chains I guess this would do.

The salad dressings come in little plastic cases already made up like bought. The wings are great BUT I hate that they do not give the same amount of drummys as wings. I don’t like the wing tips and I always get more of them and less drummies. They say that’s the way they come but I beg to differ. Casa Gallardo only served drummies and they were good. Peel gives you 5 and 5. And they are much meatier than Gias. I don’t like sweet pizza sauce either.

This review is for Gias Pizza on Telegraph Road in Oakville, MO. I ordered pizza for delivery and was told 45 minutes. It took 1:15 minutes for delivery. Pizza was cold and the worst pizza I have ever had. Simply awful, tasteless, bland, and for lack of other description, AWFUL.

Gia’s just opened off of Telegraph in St. Louis and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had! We had the Double Decker Pepperoni Pizza and the sauce was so sweet that I couldn’t even taste the pepperoni. It seemed like someone dumped a bag of sugar on my pizza! The only plus was the selection of beer served. There was a variety of Microbrew choices; the best beer selection on Telegraph Road.

We LOVE Gia’s! We come here once a week to enjoy their sweet pizza sauce. It is better than imos and more affordable. They offer weekly specials which make it even more affordable. House salad dressing is simply amazing!!!

We love, love, love Gia’s! Consistently great service. The pizza is delicious. As their standard crust is thin St. Louis style, we prefer the thick crust, which is more like a typical pan pizza. The sauce is slightly sweet, so good. We love the BLT and the Gia’s house salad– which feeds at least two. We hope to keep eating there for years.

Been here 415 minutes, told 15 minutes ago 10 minute wait, NOW it can be another 20 min. Got seated right next to the delivery door… great accomodations in DECEMBER, had to keep coats on while dining… Waited 15 more minutes for the hard drink order of water. Then no silverware, tried to use the Unilocal wing offer and confused the bleached headed brainless waitress. Salads came, still no silverware, 20 min later, ordered breadsticks, have not seen them, have not seen the wings. Wings came PLAIN. WHOORDERSPLAINHOTWINGS??? Pizzas came, food okay. Could not get refills of water… waitress got interested when she brought the check while we were still eating. Then could not get rid of her. What a poor excuse of a place to spend money. GOANYWHEREELSE!!! DOMINOESORPAPAJOHNS would be a step up.

I am biased toward sweet sauces on my pizza and Gia’s delivers. I don’t know a lot about their history, but I can say that this is a great thin-crust square-cut pizza. Their version of ‘meat lovers’ pizza piles on toppings like I haven’t seen in a long time. I have seen Gia’s be a little skinny on the cheese a few times, but the taste and toppings make up for that. If you have a chance and like good pizza stop by and give them a shot. As an aside — they do have other sauce options. Sweet is their default and I love it.

First time visit with friends for lunch. Granted, the place was somewhat empty, not surprising since a new pizza joint had it’s grand opening just across the street. Had heard good things if Gia’s and was not disappointed. Our server was fantastic, prompt and courteous and helpful with recommendations. We took her suggestion and went with the BLT pizza on a pan crust. We devoured it. Don’t think I would have picked it off the menu, glad we asked for a recommendation. The side salads are true salads with all the fixings; onions, cheese, mushrooms, croutons and more… The works. The wings looked really good, I’m going to have to going to have to go back to try them. Definitely beats the chain restaurant routine. Definitely give them a try.

Nastiest pizza I have ever had. Sauce was like spaghetti sauce, hardly any cheese, oh and apparently they don’t know the difference between pepperoni and sausage. Will never go back.

Went here on an incredibly busy week night, so the kitchen was slow, but the wait staff was friendly and attentive. Ordered the house salad, which was plenty to split with two people. Ordered the Gia’s Deluxe pizza and it was delicious. We will definitely return here!

The wings were outstanding. However, the pizza was not that great(TOME). Their sauce was sweet other than that the crust was good and the toppings were fresh.

The pizza had good flavor and the wings were ok. I think the food would have been better had we ate there. We order delivery and when we got are food, which took forever the food was cold. The delivery women was very nice and the food was reasonably priced.

I first was introduced to Gia’s when my company had a Armed Forces Bowl party here. Great pizza and bear selection. This place is a smaller restaurant but really good in anything that I have tried. Some of my favorites are the buffalo chicken pizza, BLT pizza, Veggie deluxe(is one of our office favorites), Fresh garden and my favorite is the chicken alfredo. I recently have been introduced to their garlic bread, which I will happily save a month’s worth of carbs just to eat the whole thing myself. Gia’s house salad is so huge and one of the best salads I have had in a few years. Their own italian dressing is amazingly smooth yumminess. You’ll have to check if out yourself.
