Great Clips

Rude service with OK haircuts. Often low staffed with low energy. Better off elsewhere.

I don’t know what the previous reviewers were saying. I’ve been to this great clips dozens of times and have never had a «bad» haircut. They always cut my hair just how I like it. The ladies working there are very chatty and friendly. On top of that, they often send out $ 7.99 coupons.
The only con I would say is that they don’t spend enough time cutting my hair, but other than that it’s a cheap and efficient place to get your hair cut!

This place deserves zero stars.
After taking my five year old & three year old sons in here for haircuts, my sons are not too fond of strangers coming at them with scissors, so I was attempting to keep my five year old calm so that the three year old would allow them to cut his hair. My son was crying, upset and the lady was being extremely rude. To the point where I thought to myself, if she says one more nasty thing to us we are leaving. Right after I had that thought, she rather nastily, tells me that I need to go sit in the waiting area and maybe he will calm down if I’m not near him.
That was it. I took his cape off and told her, none too friendly, that if she wants to be a b*tch, she can be one to someone else and that we were leaving.
Rude staff, unfriendly and not child friendly.
More like ingrate cu*ts.
Awful, awful, awful.

Worst hair cut I’ve ever had! They were having a Grand Opening special (I know, «You get what you pay for!») but the stylists should at least be able to cut straight. The two sides are uneven (when I pull it back into a pony, hair from the right side falls out of the band). And the layering — which should be cute and funky — looks shredded and chunky. :-(
Will never return — at any price.
