Ugh! They make you wait forever, when you don’t feel well and just want your meds and be able to go home… they need a better system for sure.

I called into their headquarters back east and some goofy guy called me back who was on a plane-​I asked him a couple times to read the Unilocal but he said he did not.
I am pretty sure he will not do anything at all about their slip-​shod business.

From all the other reviews I just read, I’m pretty shocked. Staff always seems friendly and always asks if I need help finding something. Why I didn’t give it 5 stars, well most of the time, at night. seems to me that there is only one person working so there is a whole line of people waiting at the register. but other than. I don’t believe any of them are rude from the ones I’ve met.

My boyfriend ended up at the ER (Thanksgiving day) he had a cold which went into his lungs and was having trouble breathing. He has asthma. We were told that this CVS was the nearest pharmacy that was open on the holiday. We got here at 1:55 the pharmacist said that it they closed at 2 and that it would take more than 5 mins to fill the rx and she had a «hot» date. Well, luckily I wasn’t standing right there or I probably would have lost it on her. Very unprofessional to let a date take precedence over a persons asthma. Now I see why this pharmacy has 1.5 stars. Happy Thanksgiving lady! Next call will be to corporate office. This is the same red headed lady that other reviewers have complained about… Maybe something management might want to look into.

The red hair female pharmacist is just plain rude. After years of bringing my business here it’s time I move on. While I can choose to patronize another pharmacy in town (just not a CVS), I feel sorry for the pharmacy technicians that are stuck working with this woman.

The clerk at the pharmacy messed up my order and I had to wait an hour and a half as a result. She did not even apologize and tried to blame me.

This place is the slowest CVS, I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been here multiple times, and it seems as if all the employess are either tired, or just woke up from a nap. Idk what’s up with this location but… –_​_​– could be better.

The second worst pharmacy in Marin, second only to its sister store down on Novato Blvd. I brought a prescription in yesterday and was waiting and the red-​haired pharmacist said someone would be right with me. No problem! Ten minutes later I’m still standing there. I ask her if I can just leave the prescription on the counter under the phone because I had to go. Her response? «KNOCK YOURSELF OUT!» She honestly said that. Then followed it up with «if you can’t wait a few more minutes that’s not my problem». I suffer from severe anxiety hence the medicine, and this was how she treated me? She shouldn’t treat ANYONE that way. You go to a pharmacy for medication so obviously something is wrong. And you have to deal with a fishwife like her? She should be locked in a back room filling prescriptions having nothing to do with customers. I will be calling the home office tomorrow because, bottom line, she should be fired.

Good, convenient location but the place seems under-​staffed. The lady cashier was very pleasant and friendly. I only go to CVS for one specific item, which is «Smart Mouth» mouth wash.

Today after many years of being a customer of CVS and their pharmacy (since back in the days that they were called Long Drugs) I have finally had it with the degradation of this place — especially their pharmacy. This has nothing to do with the fabulous employees of their pharmacy such as the always professional Barbara or the always pleasant and helpful Uli. If it weren’t for those two awesome ladies, I would have stopped doing business with this location a few years ago. But over the years, the management at CVS have continuously chosen to reduce staff at the store to a point where every pharmacy visit will take you an average of 30 minutes or longer of waiting in line to be helped. And as it typically is the case with prescriptions and medications, there is always a hick up of some sorts which will only end up making your wait time that much longer. Unfortunately some of us have better things to do than waiting in line at a pharmacy at this day and age. And forget about calling them. Today I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes to no avail. Even my doctor’s office was telling me that this particular pharmacy has recently been the worst place for them to place their orders as even they have a miserable time getting someone to answer the phone there.
Today (second day in a row) after wasting one hour there only to find out that they didn’t have my medication in their «system» (and after confirming with my doctor that the prescription was sent in twice) I have decided to call it quits. Not only that, I decided to finally open a Unilocal account just for the purpose of writing this negative review.
I’m sorry but I have reluctantly chosen to take my business down the road to the Rite Aid on Diablo. I’m no fan of Rite Aid by any means as most of their locations have somewhat of a creepy feel, but hey I’m not there to hang out or meet new people. I’m just there to pick up my medication. So at 4:30 pm my doctor was able to get through immediately to Rite Aid and place my order. They created a brand new patient record and filled my prescription in less than 10 minutes and texted me when my medication was ready. Need I say more?
Bye bye CVS. We had our run.
