I am proud to say that I am a member of Crossfit Novato. The atmosphere at this gym is like no other. You will be welcomed, to say the least! The members and staff are all welcoming, nice and not at all intimidating. Not only is the vibe of this gym absolutely amazing, the coaches are TOP NOTCH– knowledgable, helpful, encouraging, the list goes on and on. If you have been thinking of trying crossfit or implementing a new exercise program Crossfit Novato is most definitely worth the visit!

It’s all about community. A great community is a force multiplier. And that’s what you get here. People who care about one another. People who love being together and encourage each other to accomplish goals, change lives, become better athletes, or even just help in a time of need. Great coaching and programming too. This is not a Mr-​Fancy-​Pants gym! It’s gritty and rough around the edges. Just like life. Start the day off here and the hardest thing you’ll do all day will be done. A year and a half ago I was trying to get motivated each day to get in a little excercise or to get into a routine to get myself feeling better, inside and out. It was a struggle and I didn’t see how it was possible with two little ones at home. What I did not know was that, in the CrossFit world, I happened to live closest to one of the BEST CrossFit communities and facilities in Northern California! At CrossFit Novato the knowledge, experience, expertise, and care that goes into EVERY decision, EVERY class, and all of the programming, is unparalleled! These coaches are amazing and their first priority is their clients, their clients’ safety, their clients’ progress, and their clients’ fitness and wellness goals. CrossFit Novato is truly a place for anyone at ANY level. They work with each client to ensure you are getting the safest, most effective training you can. Honestly, all of this awesomeness is not even the best part… The best part is that now my ENTIRE family goes to CrossFit and the friends we have made at this home away from home, are some of the most inspiring, healthy, wonderful people we’ve ever known! CrossFit Novato transforms lives and builds community. It’s as good as it gets!
