WhooDooBBQ is a blessing to have on N. Broad. The food is great and Chef and his staff are very talented and personable. And they offer more than BBQ – they have some yummy sweets — especially the pralines. Also try their bottled sauce. Debbie and Philipe

I had the jerk chicken at the Po’ Boy festival yesterday. It was great! The chicken was soooooo tender and juicy and it was white meat! I will definitely be visiting the restaurant. I hope its as good as it was at the festival.

Better than the Joint, on par but different to Nola smokehouse, not as well run though. When we visited they were out of potato salad and the owner had left his one employee all alone at night to go to court. No seating, it says they take square but I doubt if we had tried the one employee would have known what to do. No seating for the moment, more of a grab and go operation but they look like they want seating in the future.

The«Ghetto Burger» is an interesting burger with a lot of flavor going on. The ribeye steak is always a good option. The sign outside says they have brisket but the menu inside doesn’t list brisket so I’m not sure if they ever have brisket or not. They take credit cards with a $ 2 fee so cash is probably the best option. This is completely a to-go place currently as there is no option for seating at the moment.
