One of the best bars in cdb. They really like their customers. Can’t argue with the great deals. The bartenders amongst the friendliest in town. Best day ever. Nat was the best.

A happy accident brought us here. Happy in that the place«Happy’s» was a total douche about playing a baseball playoff game on tv. So a nice patron at Happy’s mentioned going here. So as I rounded up the 10 or so strangers that were also aching to see the playoff game, I rung up this place from their number listed on Unilocal.Talor answered and told us to come on down. Holy shit, so glad we did. She put the game on for us. She then gave us spectacular service. Like constant checking in and making sure we were well stocked on our brews. We got rowdy for the game and she was super cool about it. Then I got to witness the show that is Valerie Sassyfras. A very Tim and Eric style weird musician that played. YouTube her if you dare but then you have to go try and catch her in person. We even came back the next day and it was chill there but still a lot of fun. Talor was really accommodating. The second time I tried a fancy grilled cheese. Loaded with goat cheese, bacon jam, tomatoes and a side of waffle fries(my favorite way to eat fries). Yup. Pretty fantastic for it being«bar food» and the price was on point.

Cool little bar in the warehouse district that has a nice little courtyard, friendly staff, good drink prices, and occasionally live music. I’d definitely go back.

Nice townie bar in a transitional neighborhood(as in, I wouldn’t walk alone in this neighborhood at night). Great bartender, cheap beers, and live music at happy hour(sort of an experimental industrial thing was going on when we were here).

Cute place and the bar tender is great, but don’t like the cigarette smoking when I’m out trying to enjoy to music and drinks. Didn’t try the food so I can’t comment on that. Would go back when the smoking ban is instated.

I’ve bartended in the city for the past two years and been in service industry for 6 years. I can’t say that I enjoyed spending my Sunday afternoon feeling unwelcome in this bar. Personally I think your bartender should know what year makes it appropriate for one to indulge in alcohol consumption. Seeing as I am twenty three now you would think someone with bar keep knowledge would be in tune with the date and year. I would not go here on a Sunday at 3 o’clock. Maybe spend your hard earned money where people enjoy their jobs. Thanks for listening!

This venue has really turned itself around under the new management. Great music on the weekend and fun events during the week. Amazing service industry specials as well as regular specials for everyone else. $ 3 jameson shots cant be beat! And the food is stellar. They make the mozzarella sticks in house and you can tell the difference! All the staff is super friendly and the regulars always make you feel welcome. This place is so much more than a local sports bar. They even have swing dance in their beautiful courtyard on some saturdays during the month. I love going to Union Station!

As of 3−24−14, Union Station Pub & Grill has been under new management and I have to say I’m impressed. They’ve really changed the place up a bunch! The food is great and the staff are all super friendly. They’ve also got live music on the weekends from local artists. I would definitely recommend this place to go to if you’re looking for a laid back atmosphere to hang out.

This is my new favorite dive bar!!! Under new management, and EVERYONE who works here is friendly and inviting. They have live indie groups and open mic nights, so fun! Talor is an awesome bartender, makes the beeeest bloody mary’s. Wendy, the manager is quirky and fun to talk to. And Nick in the kitchen makes the best potato skins ever!!! I give it four stars only because it’s a dive bar. But seriously clean, huge back patio, clean bathrooms, the whole shabang! Gotta come in!

Came here with some friends during Mardi Gras. Even though it was a busy weekend and lots of people everywhere a lot of places aren’t over crowded. The bartenders were just awful. The service was lacking and the pizza sucked. PROS: –They had Port-O-Potty(2) put back which made it easier for a bathroom break –Outdoor seating area –Near the parade route(convenient) CONS: –Bartenders don’t take drink orders properly: they skip people, ignore you at the bar when you walk up(it wasn’t that busy), lots of standing around –Bartenders didn’t know what microbrew meant or IPA beers(no joke)
