Nicole at The Beauty Lab Salon is the truth. She not only saved my day, but my hair and most important, she saved my sanity. I walked in with a curly mess of a carrot top. I left with a coiffure I love. I implore you to make your way Uptown if you’re looking for a professional who makes you feel like a million bucks when you get up from that chair. I don’t care if it’s a trial hairdo for a wedding or a drastic chop, Nicole is a coiffure queen.

Nicole scheduled my appointment for 3:15 I walked in at 3:20 and she started my hair at 3:22! I have natural hair and she was able to make me look like a different person! Thanks Nicole excellent job. I love my hair.

Bijan scheduled me for a Thursday afternoon and I was in and our in about an hour and my hair is gorgeous! Great atmosphere and service… definitely going back

Great ambiance and customer service but the cost does not match the quality of service. I’m willing to pay extra for a fabulous hair style and timely appointment but unfortunately both me and my mother paid nearly $ 100 for a style cut (two different operators) and neither of us were satisfied with the end product.

I love my hair! I was styled by Nicole today and I must say, it was one of the best experiences in a salon. Nicole was extremely professional and listened to everything I suggested about my hair. She took her time to understand what I like and did not like and she did my hair exactly as stated. This is the perfect salon for all healthy hair care. I will definitely go back and see Nicole!

I love this place! My hair looks amazing every time and my blow out lasts for ages longer than when I get it done anywhere else. The stylists are friendly and attentive and the shop is really cute. The only drawback is it is a bit pricey ($ 90 for a blowout with a trim) but you definitely get what you pay for. If they lowered their prices, I would be here every week.

ok so really this place was incredible. the shop is quaint and i found all the stylist as well as their clients to be nice and pretty engaging. it was a great place to be «girlfriends.» however none of that would matter if they couldn’t do hair. But they absolutely can!!! Nicole did a wonderful job getting my damaged, dry, nappy hair straight and healthy looking again. She styled it beautifully and even devised a long term plan on how to get my hair back healthy again, which included healthier color options and a nighttime maintenance program. Seriously, Beauty Lab is the best combination: healthy hair center where they can actually style hair! Every client in the place had a great look – some seemed transformed right before my eyes!
And the proof is in the pudding: The moment i walked out i got a compliment on my hair!
