Royal Treasure

August 2015. Great shop to poke around on Royal Street. Not the run of the mill items you find in every other shop. Shawn (who I believe is the owner) was extremely hospitable to everyone who entered. Definitely worth a look see, you won’t be disappointed.

Some great pieces of local and national artist jewelry here. I’m not a big jewelry shopper but I wanted to buy something special for my mom. This place had many amazing pieces of jewelry along with masks, stained glasses, faberge eggs and sculptures.
Prices aren’t cheap but definitely worth the price. I got my mom a pearl and gemstone earring for $ 40 which is one of the cheaper pieces in the store. However, everything is very well made and one of a kind.
The business has been family owned for many generations. Owner is super sweet and knowledgeable. He carefully wrapped up the earrings and added a handwritten note about the designer of the earrings. Would definitely come back if I’m ever in town! I just wished they had an online store.
