They sell only chicken finger. I order the 8 piece combo which came with 8 chicken fingers with cane sauce, crinkle thin french fries, cole slaw, toasted butter bread and drink. I didn’t notice an option for side orders or non-combo orders unless it was a kids meal. The food was very good. I can’t tell you how the coke slaw is because I don’t eat Cole slaw

Very convenient if you live around the Gentilly area. The line usually goes fast and they present quick service to customers. The only downfall is the competition between the cars and train noises. It’s hard during busy hours of the day because you need to repeat yourself so that they can get your order correct. Sometimes the drinks are flat, which makes you wonder if the drink machines(including the so-called fresh lemonade made daily) are cleaned and checked upon daily. I’ve received flat sprites and root beers before.

As a kid, I would always get the chicken fingers meal no matter the occasion. Now I don’t have to worry about looking like a kid anymore. Simply the best chicken fingers I’ve ever had. Texas Toast is delicious too!

Employees sitting about the restaurant, taking up two booths and one table. A group of employees are playing around with a baby and a child. I don’t know if they’re on break or off, but it doesn’t look professional. There’s also a group chatting and hanging around one of the entrances, completely blocking it’s use. There’s also two security guards at the door. Makes you second guess coming to a Raising Cane’s. Typical fare: fried chicken fingers, fries, and Texas toast. Not much more to say.

I have been to many Raisin’ Cane’s and the service is terrible. The cashiers are not welcoming at all. The dining area was FILTHY. Every table in the dining room was dirty. Let’s not even talk about the bathroom. It took 10 minutes to get our food. Not a great experience especially considering the standard of service offered by other Cane’s restaurants. Managers need to get on their job and run that store like they do in Metairie.

I guess this is a New Orleans thing cause my wife seems to love this place! for what reason i shall never know… 1st off, there was a police officer on duty at the front desk… what kind of fast food joint needs cops stationed there!!! and did my wife just risk our lives for some CHICKEN… i felt so stereo typed just now. lol Anyway, i had a chicken sandwich, nothing special about it and the sauce to me is just nasty! Fries are good I admit… but the overall atmosphere didn’t put me at ease while i was eating. Overall i’ll most likely be coming back cause my better half loves Raising Cane’s…go figure.

OK sooooooooooooooooo I’m not a chicken eater; as a result this review will be about the service on the 1st day of opening: Signs provided a countdown to the opening, I found this to be a plus, no need to stalk the building, you know. AnyWHO, on opening day, in the drive thru, I found the cashiers to be efficient, friendly(speaking to my 11month old niece), timely & swift in their transactions. I placed two separate food orders, one for my granny & my sister. Pricing was fair, you can get a whole meal & drink for less than $ 7; one of those 3 chicken fingers deals; that’s cool, I’ve become so accustomed to $ 10+ for fast food meals until I was pleasantly surprised at this event. The lemonade is very tasty & since I only got a sip of my sister’s, I vowed to return for my own. As stated, the drive thru line moved rather swiftly considering this was the 1st day; I was impressed. Only thing I would’ve liked to see was the store set a little more off the street because the drive thru line hung out into the street making passing as I exited a very difficult feat. Glad it’s here in the area; adds to the community in many ways.
