Domino’s Pizza

I WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR!!! Worst location ever! HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Management sucks! Orders are rarely accurate and when they are you won’t enjoy it due to the horrible service. I hate this location with a passion. Convenience is the only plus. Down the street from my house and you always wait over 30 mins… With or without a rush.
If you want quality and exceptional customer service this is definitely not the place. However, if you just don’t care and just want a pizza then this is the spot. Delivery guy’s name was Melvin … Horrible!
I regret everytime I leave a tip. Whoever picks up the phone is ALWAYS the manager. This is a franchise store that needs serious attention.

Ordered online. I had to wait over an hour for the pizza to be delivered EVEN AFTER the online tracker said it had been delivered. (So in all it was about an hour and a half wait for 2 medium pepperoni pizzas)

This was my 1^st time ordering from this particular Domino’s. I didn’t realize there were 2 windows because the side I came to it only look like one. Well 2 black young ladies didn’t even acknowledge me. They look right in car, didn’t smile, didn’t raise a hand, or anything else. I waited about 5 minutes then finally a young black male came up to window, acknowledge me, and he retrieved my pizza. Do yourself a favorite and fire those 2 ladies and hire more men.

I would have rated the food here, but I called today to get pricing on a 1-​topping large carry out special and was told by an employee named Trenice this was available for $ 7.99. I sent an employee to pick up a pizza. When the person arrived at the location, she was informed that this special did not exist «today», but that she could get a large 3-​topping pizza for $ 10.99. I redirected my employee to purchase food from another restaurant and called the store back. Instead of an apology, I got a whole pile of attitude and was abruptly disconnected. I then called the store back a THIRD TIME and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager «Shaniqua Boone» was out making a delivery (?) Since my business is located in New Orleans East, I try to patronize the businesses nearby, but this was the second or third time I’ve not gotten pizza from this place because of lack of good pricing and/​or this kind of insanity that occurs when the person who is supposed to be managing the location is either not there or too busy to focus on training the staff to interact with customers in a reliable and professional manner. Dominoes isn’t my favorite by far, and I truly believe this was the last straw for me trying to utilize this Dominoes location.
