No complaints. Delivery’s always on time. And they sell medium pizzas for $ 4 sometimes which is awesome

I am not impressed. This area is lacking in delivery of any sort, so I thought being a chain, they would be held to a higher standard. That’s what I get for thinking. Delivery took 20 minutes longer than stated. When my pepperoni pizza was delivered, the box was hot, but the pizza inside was cold. The crust, even when I reheated it in the oven, was soggy and flavorless. I will go to the other location in Bucktown for the drive thru as I won’t be able to get delivery from them any more, as this location is closer.
I have not been inside this location as the parking is limited and I am unsure if they have anywhere to sit and wait for pick up. But as I will not be ordering from them again, if I can help it, then I have no worries.

Wish I could give zero stars… literally the worst service I’ve gotten from any Domino’s anywhere (and one of the employees from the CBD location spent $ 30 at McDonald’s with the debit card I forgot there. Still a better experience). Don’t even waste ur time or money on these unprofessional a-​holes.

Took 2 hours 45 minutes to arrive and it was cold. I ordered 2 pizzas and a sandwich and they both looked like they had been sitting for at least a hour before they were delivered. The cheese was cold and hard. We had to throw sandwich away it was inedible.
The driver was nice and apologetic about the delay. He said they didn’t have enough people working. Poor management should not take orders if there is no one to make or deliver the pizza.

Less than a mile away, ordered at 9:00 the estimated delivery time was 28 to 38 mins. What a joke. It’s been a hour. Rechecked online eta it now says 85 to 98 mins. Called to talk to manager listed online no answer, then phone automatically hangs up. tried to cancel order online they won’t answer/​respond. How can this place survive staying open when delivery time sucks. So long dominos. I can’t even cancel cause i’ve lost my appetite hoping to stop them from wasting their time or mine anymore. On a Wednesday nigh it’s this bad I can’t imagine on a weekend.

Ordered delivery. Got sandwich. Alfredo pasta. Mango habanero wings. Wing order was wrong. Ate them anyway. Sandwich good. First n last time ordering for pasta. That was super dry. Hopefully they can work out the kinks. Delivery girl was great. CONGRATS On Your NEW location.
